I was surprised at the size of the bags. The carry on size bag did not have a vacuum hole so I am not sure how effective it is at keeping air out but I tried the size small bag and it fit one knit turtle neck and a summer dress with a tshirt and spandex shorts and shrunk it to a quarter of the size to fit in my carry on. The Jumbo bags are JUMBO. I look forward to using them on my checked bags. Only used once so far

I think it would be a better design to have them open on the longer side so you can fit a large blanket in without having to stuff it all the way down, but nonetheless these worked great and seem like fine quality. I didn't need to use a vacuum and found the hand pump really easy to use

Needed to store some mattress covers and blankets. It was harder folding these than it was using the bags. Very straight forwards, open, fill, seal and vacuum. My only beef isn’t with the product but with the fact that the box had been opened, one bag removed then the box haphazardly taped shut. Obvious the product had been purchased previously and returned.

Honest and brutal reviews only. I got these in the mail for packing clothes into my large suitcases, I have PACKED these things, sometimes even beyond the stop line (oops) and yet, they have held up well, even forgetting to put something in and opening it after vacuuming, it still kept it's air tight quality, I have kneed the bag to try and make it a tiny bit more flat because of the bumbs that i'd encounter (my fault by the way) and it didn't pop whatsoever. HOWEVER, I have had the fear a couple of times that I would break the bag with how thin it is, it hasn't happened (yet) but I did wish it was just a little bit thicker, in a big suitcase, with overfilled bags (oops again), I have been able to fit in 2 bags and a few small things on the sides, which has worked out perfectly fine, I am very satisfied, if I had the chance, I'd probably take off 0.5 stars, just for how thin the bag feels and the scary part of accidentally ripping it.

I packed my clothing and blankets folded flat, not bundled up. I liked that it can fit a lot. Most shelving inside my closets are 12-15 inches deep, this bags are much wider, ending up protruding from the shelves but not a big deal for me. I used the plastic ‘pinch’ tabs that it came with, look for that as it is included but sits at the bottom of the box. This helps zip it well. After 48 hours, the bags are holding up. Yes, the plastic bags are a bit thin but it works for what I need. I noticed to turn on the portable vacuum device, I had to press the button twice. And once on, get ready for the high pitch sound. The suction works, the bigger the bag the longer it takes to get the air out.

Bags work well. They are thinner than I expected. If using for a move, take care while moving. I did puncture one without realizing. They really fo hold alot of clothing. Makes moving bedding and clothes alot easier by saving space. Great buy for the money. Can just use your vacuum. No need to buy a pump separate.
