The Copper T500 Column & Condenser transforms the Still Spirits Boiler 25 L into a reflux distilling system suitable for creating premium quality, clean spirits such as vodka, gin, and neutral spirits for flavoring. A high-performance fractionating column, this condenser collects 95% of the possible alcohol from the wash at up to 93% alcohol purity. Also suitable for distilled water and hydrosols. The T500 Column & Condenser is compatible with the Grainfather G30, G40 & G70 Distilling Lid and Distilling Attachment Kits, making it ideal for crafting larger batches of spirits. Both the Copper version and the Stainless Steel version of the Still Spirits T500 Columns are packed with reflux saddles. These saddles are specifically designed to maximize contact between rising vapor and descending liquid, facilitating effective mass transfer and better separation of components. They help improve the purity of the distillate by encouraging more reflux (the process where condensed liquid flows back down the column), which enhances the separation of compounds based on their boiling points.
