I wish i could give this product Zero stars. It is not worth the waste of money.I bought this heat press for my husband and son's small business. There designs have been awful. They do both DTF and Sublimation. The designs are uneven and there are light spots in the prints. There are also areas that do not print at all. When the tip heat platen and the bottom heat platen are pressed together, there are good sized gaps and it is very noticeable. I reached out to Vevor customer service, and they pretty much told me that this is normal, and it is fine to use the press. This is not normal, and it is definitely not okay, when it is affecting our product. I just wanted a way to fix the issue, but Vevor didn't provide any kind of trouble shooting. Even after I told them that it is causing issues with our products. The heat is also inconsistent. Certain areas on the top platen are hotter than others. This also causes issues with a clean press.

It cheap and has flaws. The bottom plates hardware bulges and is likely going to break at some point. I'll replace the plate prior. Mine seemed to have been a return based on the package and other clues. But the heating element on it works so I am not complaining.

First off, the instructions are not for beginners...if you've never used a heat press before, they are vague and indirect. Secondly, when testing the unit's temperature reading vs an IR thermometer, mine was off (which I was already aware could be an issue). I chatted with customer service on the VEVOR website and was told that they don't know how to set the unit to temp calibration mode and they would contact that department and email me a response...which ended up being "We regret to inform you that this information is currently unavailable.". Great, so I tried the 855 number on the website and there was a message saying that due to unforeseen circumstances no one is available to take the call. I know for a fact that if you hold the set button for 5 seconds that new menus are accessed because I tried it, but I don't know what they all do and since there is literally zero help available just be sure to pay attention to the difference in temperatures between the unit's reading and the external IR thermometer reading and adjust the temp setting appropriately when using it.
