Well designed. Instructions should tell you the proper order of assembly. Fenders should be installed before wheels. Tail reflectors before wheels in top two holes. Don’t inflate tires until inside front caliper. Don’t let brake pads touch tires. Nut on pivot bolt for rear brakes has to be a nylock or it will loosen with each movement and fall off. Have to pull all slack and compress spring on rear brake lever before setting cable crimp nut very tightly. Geared way too high. Need larger rear sprocket or 7 speed changer. ... show more

This thing was a disaster from the beginning. It came in a ton of pieces and then the instructions didn’t match the bike. The image in the instructions was a six speed. The one I received was not. It took me over four hours to put it together. The brakes are too tight and they won’t allow the bike to move. The only way they aren’t too tight is if I loosen them and then the brakes don’t work at all. There is not a sweet spot. The chain won’t stay on. The fenders rub the wheels no matter how much I try to position them correctly. There is a bulge on the front tire. When inflated correctly it puffs up and rubs the fender. If I deflate it to get rid of the bulge the tire becomes flat. Having said all of that it’s not user error. I build for a living. This is just a manufacturing disaster. I’ve never reviewed a product before this. It is such an egregious mess up that I felt like I had to do this to save another family some money. I doubt I can return it because parts have gotten bent up due to the manufacturing errors. ... show more

By far one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made! I’d be returning it except it’s the only thing we got my daughter. Parts were bent upon arrival… ok we were able to bend them back. The build itself was a nightmare photos didn’t match instructions unclear. The brakes no matter how much we adjusted didn’t work and we wound up having to get new ones. All that and then if you inflate the tires to 30psi ( it states 30-60) get ready because they will pop! And you will need new tubes. Also once together not comfy to ride. Sprocket was bent when I received the item. I made multiple attempts to have Vevor send a replacement part. Their customer service just kept sending me in circles. I finally gave up and returned the bike. Do not buy a product made by Vevor
