It is so cozy to sit in, I’m 5’5 and can sit comfortably in it crisscrossed. I knew that it was going to be large but I didn’t expect it to be quite as big as it is, which I am definitely not complaining about! The base of it does seem a little bit more unstructured compared to the photo but I still think it looks very cute. UPDATE 3/19/24. The seller YoYo Mall generously offered an apology and a full refund for the chair purchase. I am very grateful for their quick response, support, and addressing my concerns. They are an upstanding business that stands by their products with integrity. Please make sure this chair is a right match for your needs. The chair was purchased for my sister who is ambulatory with disabilities and needed more solid firmness and height. This design is not easy for anyone with physical challenges. Additionally, this item is advertised as "free returns" which is tricky. Amazon requested the chair be "boxed and dropped off at a UPS location in its original packaging or your own packaging?" The chair expands once it's out of the box, so you will have to find or purchase a box large enough to fit the chair in. Amazon did not have a box to sell so, on 3/7/24 they scheduled next day UPS pick up as an alternative, which was helpful.

The chair didn’t exactly decompress as described as there is loose material in certain areas that didn’t get filled out. These pictures are the chair about three weeks after taking it out of the box. It’s a bit more of a relaxed look and feel so if you want something really supportive I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, it definitely took a while for it to even get to this point. However, that being said, I decided to keep it. It’s the perfect size for me where I can curl up on it, put my legs over the arms and I’ve even fallen asleep on it once. Other chairs comparable to this one in style and price are not as big and I like that you can take the cover of this one to wash it. Also after sitting on it by the next day it’s back to looking exactly how it did before so, it keeps its shape pretty well after use.

Huge regret buying this 😭 This product was definitely not worth the amount I spent on it. Mine inflated totally lopsided. So if you sit on it wrong you roll off onto the ground. So you pretty much have to sit on it sidewise with your feet up to stay on the chair. It has 0 back support so if you don’t plan on propping it up against something don’t bother. It’s so uncomfortable and poor quality. And because of its size I now have to pay MORE money to drag it out to the curb and get a special garbage pick up or try and get it in my car and take it myself to the dump. Not worth the money or burden at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
