After buying 3 different snakes I finally decided to try this one and it worked amazing. It is very sturdy and strong with a good variety of end pieces to attach for different clogs. The first one I received had a defective drill and I was sent a brand new unit super quick. Both VEVOR and Amazon customer service were amazing. I spoke with VEVOR on the phone and video chat so they could figure out what was going on. They were all very helpful and gave me a variety of options to solve the problem. Setting it up was super easy and so was using it. I am a woman over 60 and was able to clear my main drain myself with out spending a fortune. Thank you VEVOR for making this affordable snake and standing behind your product!

This may be the worst product I have ever purchased in my entire life! It arrived, scratched up, and I believe it was probably returned and then put right back into stock and sent to me when I ordered it. The first thing I noticed was that the foot pedal didn’t work. I then tried to use the snake, but I had to pull it out manually while hitting the button with my thumb to try to get it to come out, but it wouldn’t work unless I manually pulled the coil out with my hands. When I tried to get it to coil back in the drum the entire snake coil came out out of the drum and hit me in the face and now I’m bleeding. I had to remove the 15 screws around the drum and try to coil the snake inside the drum by hand because there is literally nowhere to attach the end of the coil to. After a very long time and a whole lot of struggle I finally got the coil back into the drum and got the drum reconnected, but it took forever, and it was a gigantic waste of time! I wish I would have never laid eyes on this horrible product! I will never buy anything from this company ever again based on the horrible experience I had with this snake! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product or anything from this company. This was one of the worst experiences of my life!

I was so excited to have this and be able to use it pretty easily. However i was in the middle of running it through my main line getting roots out when the other end of tbe cable came shooting out of the drum because it wasnt attached to anything and there is nothing inside to bolt it down thus meaning i had about 5 feet of line that I vould have used had it not done that. Idk what company wouldnt attach the other end to the drum.

I've had this for about a year and have had no problems. Works great up to a 4 inch drain , pulled out a lot of roots and cleared my pipe saving me a ton of money in plumbing fees.

If assembled and used proytgis tool is amazing I put it together and read up on how to use and when u did it myself I was able to use my third shower for first time in a month
