Easy to use and completely worth the money! I am tried of calling the local plumer once a year to snake out my main only for them to tell me they ran into "complications" and it's going to cost more. What a shock. Well, no longer. I did it myself, cleared out my tree roots and from what I can see this machine is likely to last for many cleanings to come. If it doesn't, I will update my review. I purchased another set of attachments as I needed more versatility than the 4 basic attachments offer and they worked without any issues. I was concerned about getting something like this at first, but I should not have been. I am more concerned now about some random person coming into my home and taking care of my business.

Package arrived today. Box was in fairly good condition no big holes or tears in box. Instructions are vague @ best no good at all, terrible really. I take everything out of the box start assembling it & noticed there isn't a wheel shaft, so I can't put the wheels on. Tried contacting vevor, with no success. I'll try again. Contacted Amazon & they want me to return it for replacement. That is to much work when all I need is a wheel shaft or axle for the machine. So far not really happy, alot of money to get a product & stuff is missing. Vevor finally contacted me & they are not help at all they will not send me an axle or wheel shaft they want me to send it back to Amazon for refund. This is stupid one missing part & I can't get it sent to me. I would not buy this again poor customer service & if anything is missing forget them sending it to you not going to happen. Yes I can get a full refund or replacement from Amazon but that is a lot of work & effort to send it back. Just don't buy it or if you do your stuck with what you get unless you send it back.

This item worked perfect easy to operate. It came in a timely matter. I saved $700 since purchasing this. Because that’s what a plumber charged the last time he came out to clean out my drains. He was there an hour. I’ve been able to help a few friends out and save them quite a bit of money. They all offered to pay, but I turned it down. Because that’s what you do for friends. I may not use it every day or maybe every month or maybe a couple times a year. It’s worth owning. And for my experience it’s probably good to clean your drains out a couple times a year to keep the water running through your pipes. I would recommend anybody to buy this. And if your friends find out you have it you’ll become popular.

Seems to have issues feeding back into it all the way,just binds up the last 10 foot or So after multiple uses. Could be a simple issue,other than that great product.
