I don’t know what is in this stuff, but I love it, and I will never be without it. I’ve got long color treated hair that tingles extremely easily. After I put in my conditioner, I just put a little bit of this through the ends and it’s like absolute literal magic. (I have tips further down in my review for anyone needing help!) My hair is super, super damaged after a little bit of a bleaching incident on top of years of bleaching and dyeing, and I have naturally curly, ethnic hair to boot, so it's always begging for moisture and conditioning. I'd tried (almost) everything I could at home, but nothing made even a slight improvement, even when I felt I was doing everything "right". After I started using this treatment, I did not see results right away, and I wondered if my hair was just too damaged to fix at this point. However, after about two months of use (I wash my hair about 1x/week, so about 6-8 uses) I saw a sudden, drastic improvement! It was shiny, no longer felt as "hay-like", it even has a lot more flexibility and bounce even when I use heat styling tools! It feels better than it has since I was a kid! I will say, if your hair is thirsty, I don't feel this *adds* moisture, but I do think it helps repair damage so the moisture you add with conditioners doesn't immediately get sucked out, so keep that in mind. Here are some tips, at least as far as what helped me: - It says to make sure your hair is clean before using it. I condition my hair more often than I wash it, but I only noticed a difference after washing, so definitely follow those instructions; only apply this to clean hair without any other product. - It also says you may use another conditioner after using the rinse "if needed". If you have dry and/or curly hair, you NEED to use conditioner after this. It was a game changer. - I had a hard time figuring out exactly how to evenly apply an entire dose in 8 seconds and always under-dosed. What worked best for me is not to worry about the dosing so much and instead do this: After washing your hair, GENTLY wring out about half of the water in your hair, then go in small sections. Dispense a coin size amount (really doesn't matter what coin lol) into your palm and work from one side of your head to the other. I like to start with my top layers, rinse, do the bottom layers, rinse, and then go back over all my ends and anything with extra damage. If you have really long hair you might want to bring some hair ties with you. - I'm going to reiterate this one because it helped the most: don't be afraid to RINSE and REAPPLY! Don't try to just leave it on longer, it doesn't work very well that way. - Let your hair dry at least 75% before trying to apply any other products after this one. I also tend to towel dry until it's no longer dripping, then I use one of my satin bonnets to keep it from drying too fast. I also recommend using leave-in conditioner in addition if your hair is suffering too! I hope this review helps some folks! All in all, this is an awesome, awesome product and if you use it right it will almost definitely help!

Okay, so I've actually read up on this product quite a few times over the past few months but couldn't pull the trigger despite so many positive reviews. But my opportunity finally arrived during Amazon's Prime Day Sale. Since I was finally able to buy the blow-dryer/brush in one I've wanted for like a year, I reasoned that it's would also be the perfect time to try a product that should make my fine, color tested hair look and feel silky and salon worthy WITHOUT weighing it down (plus it was also on sale for Prime Day) Not that it's an expensive product at its full retail price (unless you have long, thick hair that requires a lot of product per use) To make sure I was reporting on the Results of this particular product only, I changed up my hair care routine the first time I used it. I followed the directions, I used my go to Matrix Amplify Volume Shampoo, then I applied this directly to head then through lengths until hair was sufficiently soaked with product... As stated on bottle, you do get the nicest rush of heat over Scalp and through hair as product activates. I made sure I massaged it through from roots to end thoroughly before rinsing out ( I didn't use a stopwatch but it took about 8-10 seconds before I rinsed) them I applied my conditioner as I usually do (same brand and type as shampoo). The difference is, instead of using a high end leave in conditioner/mask such as Its A 10 or Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair which on their own would have eliminated enough frizz and created enough softness without the Wonder Water, I used a lighter Detangler (Not Your Mother's Royal Honey and Desert Melon) and I also I usually apply either a small amount of OGX oil treatment or the IGK Hydrating Hair Balm to mid length and ends of my hair but I skipped this step as well... Honestly I could tell right after finding this product out of my hair that it was going to perform as promised. I did go about applying my usual hair styling products for volume, hold and heat protection then I blow dried my hair... And WOW!!!! I always believed it would make a difference M, but I didn't expect such a huge impact (in a positive way). Once my hair was dried, it literally looked like it could appear on a magazine ad. It looked so healthy, smooth, silky, bouncy and felt the same way to the touch. And most importantly to me, it did not weigh down my thin, fine hair in the slightest. Also, I guess because my hair is fine and only just part my shoulders, when I looked at the bottle I was pleased to see that it only took half of the directed dose for my hair to get these results. It recommends using 2-3 times a week. I have to wash my hair every other day or no amount of Dry Shampoo will help with the oily looking strands, but I've been using it twice a week M, sometimes only once a week and it's sufficient. I can see how a person who needs much more product per use may not find this budget friendly since it would take only a few uses to empty a while bottle, but for me it is worth the price to continue purchasing so that I never run out. It makes my hair look that much better. MIRACLE Water is the perfect name for this bottle of magic!

At first I didnt think this was working for me, until I learned how to use it a better way & now I LOVE how my hair feels and looks after using it! This stuff is amazing for my straight, fine hair. It looks so much healthier! My mistake was that I'm so used to pouring hair products in my hands then dispensing it throughout my hair-this will NOT work right because its literally the consistency of water (hence the name "Wonder Water" lol) so if you put it in your hands, you're just wasting alot of product! I have pretty long hair, so I put all my hair over one shoulder & just squirt the product directly on it & make sure I saturate my ends well, I also squirt it on my head above my ears, but not the top of my head & then flip my hair to the other shoulder to get that side well. Doing this works so much better! It's weird because while I'm putting it on my hair, my hair still feels damaged and frizzy, but as soon as I rinse this out of my hair, I can INSTANTLY feel a dramatic change! My hair immediately feels so soft and smooth! The only thing is that you shouldnt use this everytime if you wash your hair every day, you could use it 3×'s a week. If you use it to much, it will damage your hair or at the very least, just not work. You have to give it a break in between washes. Also, it will only last maybe 6 washes, depending on how much & how often you use it. I dont always use the suggested amt. since I have thin hair, I just make sure its nicely saturated. It's ok for me that the bottle runs out fairly quickly because you shouldnt use it every wash & since it's a great price, it's not costly to stock up on. I'm telling you, this stuff is a miracle worker for my hair! It has never looked so strong and sleek before! I just ordered a new bottle meant for long hair so hopefully it works the same. You also cant beat the price!! If you're thinking about trying this--You definately should!! You will not regret it!

I treat my hair in accordance with all the best hair care advice. The only problem I've wrestled with for my hair is that my hair cuticle likes to rough up easily. It's always been this way, just how it is for most blondes with fine hair. I gave this product a shot due to the claims and the friendly price point. After the first use, wow! I loved the results! I followed the directions exactly with the proper dose and quick 8 second duration. Buuuut... I noticed TONS of hair fell out as I rinsed it. I *never* let hair collect on the floor/drain, so as I rinsed, I had a truly significant bunch of hair in my hand when I was done. This is completely abnormal for me. I shrugged it off the first time, as I have lots of hair. I waited a week to use it again, and the same thing happened. Nothing else changed in my hair routine. This product will make you lose a lot of hair if it touches your roots. I was very upset, because the other results are great. I now only apply this product about 5 or 6 inches away from my scalp. As long as I give my roots a wide berth, I don't lose extra hair. Here is my hair type and hair care routine fyi. I am extremely gentle with my hair: I am 30, have very long, straight, and healthy blonde hair. Shiny, strong, tons of hair growth, etc. I brush gently with a wet brush starting at the bottom , holding above with my hand, and working my way up prior to showering to detangle and get rid of loose hairs. I do not have an oily scalp, so I shampoo every 3 days and on only the scalp area and rinse, then condition from about 4 inches away from my roots to my ends. I use nice products like RedKen, Tigi, and Pureology. I gently massage the products with finger pads or my knuckles, so no nails, no scrubbing, no twisting, etc, and never against the cuticle direction. After my shower I gently squeeze/pat my hair dry with a towel and let it air dry. Other than a leave in conditioner for an added pop of moisture and shine, I never use styling products such as hair spray, and I never use a blow dryer or hot styling tools, and I almost never wear hair styles or holders that are harsh on my strands.

I have used this once and it’s been a few weeks. I’ve even colored my hair and my hair is still shiny and smooth. This took my tangles out immediately. Made my hair feel lighter, not so heavy and it definitely took the frizz and dullness away. I have very oily hair so anything makes it oily so I avoided my scalp. It says to wash hair and then put on the measured amount ( it’s marked on the bottle ) onto your hair and let it set for 8 seconds. So when starting obviously that first section will meet the 8 seconds much sooner than the other part of your hair but after more research it states that’s ok. It won’t damage your hair. You can keep it on longer but it also won’t do more repair. So basically as long as the hair treated each has it on for atleast 8 seconds it’s good. Do not use 48 hours before or after coloring. You can also condition too before using this BUT my oily hair didn’t require conditioner too. I will be using this once a month. I can see if someone used it once a week it wouldn’t last. I do not see a person using it after every wash but if they did, it would t last long and there would predictively be a lot of buildup.
