Got the product today and to my surprise when I open the crate the first thing I see is a return slip from someone in Arizona that had already returned the machine. When I take it out of the crate I notice a dent in the back of the machine, the tray is missing and there are screws missing from the handles. Called Vevor and they started a trouble ticket to get me a new machine. Will see what happens

Huge disappointment nothing in the description said it would not freeze alcohol. We ordered it based upon that for our bar One of it arrived one of the legs have been on the back the other one was completely off of it. I've since returned it to Amazon and waiting waiting for me refund. This is supposed to be one of the best slushie machines far from it

OMG, The beeping is so loud. The controls are confusing. The owners manual sucks. After a lot of trial and error I finally got it to make a slushy. What in the world is the difference between “SLS” and SLS 3, 5, 6 or whatever this piece of crap panel is saying. Plus it’s very noisy. 4 out of 10, do not recommend unless you need one real fast.
