The media could not be loaded. The machine is not making slush at all. The temp setting is showing -1.9 which should allow it to make the slush. It is been going on like this for hours. The middle one is not working at all. The ones at the end they will start to make slush but will change to liquid after a few minutes. I would avoid buying this. It is a wast of money.

Machine took forever to set up. Instructions were very confusing. Finally got the slush mix in and it will not freeze. The controls are almost impossible to figure out and no matter what we do, it will not allow us to change the temperature. DO NOT BUY!!!

Used the machine less then 6 months when I called them they wanted me to be the technician and fix I don't mess with electrical motherboard after I did what they asked fuse holder broke off now they say I need to buy new motherboard
