The media could not be loaded. I really thought this was just going to be a novelty item for my children but they play with it every single day. It is amazingly entertaining. I bought two inch vending machine balls. They work perfectly. Rubber duckies work great. If you are going to get plushies, get them 3 inches or less. Different textures and shapes work the best. I bought squishmallows and they are just too soft and round. I'm going to try to get rubber grippies and see if that works. Overall it is super entertaining and is a quality product. Packaging was superb and I watched a youtube video by 'let's play arcade', to learn how to set it up. I then used chatgpt to explain all the settings. Both those are pretty vital to figure out how to use it properly. The instructions are crap, like everyone says. But if you utilize that YouTube video and chatgpt, you'll be a claw machine pro. Highly recommend this claw machine. It really is entertaining and great quality.

I really do love this thing overall! It's so customizable for the experience you want. And it's sturdy as heck, built from metal sheet. Here are a couple minor things we struggled with. While we were assembling the top light (which is purely for the cute aesthetic) we noticed the holes weren't properly threaded for the included screws. We're crafty and used a tap and die to make it better. During that time though we dropped the light and severed the cord so we had to re-solder it. So be careful with the wires! That particular wire was tricky to hook up to the power on the upper left side of the machine and I taped it to the ceiling in there so it wouldn't interfere with the gantry. Remember to take off the film on the back mirror and the plastic little wall thing. I wish the settings button was not behind where you take the coin receiver out. It could be behind a separate locked door or something because I'm afraid of hurting the wires every time I pull it out. I'd also love if they sold a separate adjustable height table for it that holds it in place well. We just have it on a little IKEA table with a stool nearby. The mechanism is working great and we filled it with Easter eggs to match the bunny theme and give an air of mystery to the prizes! Love this thing!

Overall this is a great commercial grade claw machine for kids to play with at home. So far we have only used the free play settings and my kids are satisfied. It does take an adult to assemble this and change the settings when needed. The instruction manual is not easy to understand and there are no assembly instructions included. You can search YouTube for videos posted by enthusiasts for assembly and operation instructions.

purchased for my nieces (4 and 8) as a Christmas gift and they love it! Gets consistent use in their household from the kids and adults alike. The unit is a bit low to the ground so perfect for smaller kids. You can adjust the level of difficulty to make it easier/harder to win a prize. Ordered the toys separately but pretty much anything can go inside as a prize. My niece has gotten so good, she is now winning toys at claw machines in public arcades 😆
