Change ball joints on Honda CRV 2008 … came with low profile half cuft coupler for Honda cars.. the adapter work well… good quality product… strong steel and the c clamp took the beating with my impact gun with now issues…

A very good and complete set! Was able to do some chevys, ford, dodge, and hondas. I pressed in and out some very big ball joints with lots of force. With the included adapters, you can do pretty much most cars. Has held up really well.

Good kit to have around the house but I don't see it lasting long for daily use in a shop. It has come in handy for my needs of the occasional repair here and there, however, I would not recommend it for the pros. This is good for the DIYers that may only need to use it a handful of times.

I'm an older seasoned automotive technician, I'm reviewing this product based on my many years of experience in the field using high quality tools and equipment. This ball joint press kit is similar to what we use in the shop when doing press in ball joints. We use it also for u-joints as well. This kit is not what I would call high quality in a commercial setting, but for the novice, it will work like intended. Comes in a nice organizing case with pinned hinges, so should last a long time. First of all this tool shipped super fast which is very important when you are trying to do a job for DIY or for a customer.It arrives in a sturdy case that works on several different vehicles making it a very versatile tool to have in your toolbox. I was surprised how heavy duty the C clamp was and well thought out it this kit was. I used it on a 2012 Chevy Silverado ball joint that worked flawlessly on. In the past when doing a ball joint removal you had two options either beat it out or to cut it out with a torch. As far as the installation you had to either use the weight of the car for lower ball joints or find a big enough socket to hammer it in for the upper. Point is this is a much safer option that will be reusable when the next project comes in . I will say my only complaint is the cups seem a little lighter than expected still worked great. ... show more
