Worst Laser I ever purchased. Multiple issues. 1. it came with the water oulet ripped off. I replaced that on my dime. Next it wouldnt work because the safety switches were defective. It took over 3 weeks and pictures they do respond within 48 but very vague. I installed the switches myself. The lense broke in two during a cut. I replaced the lense also on my dime. Finally, while doing the first cut in the morning I heard like glass shattering and then a hissing sound. Which was the CO2 Tube. Again contacted the company and I got a responce that they wanted me to make a video and do other stuff. I have had it with this company. Worst support I have had for any product I have purchased on amazon. I researched this company and they have Product Liability law suites, Wrongful death suits. I cant imagine the company lasting long on Amazon. May work in China but not here in the US. I chose to return mine..BUYER BEWARE!

It came in nice shipping shipping team was very helpful getting it into my garage…The issues came upon setup there was no installation software with the machine I have to purchase a copy of lightburn so could get the machine to work but I still do no have the drivers from the manufacturer for the machine after getting lightburn to work the y axis kept getting stuck after hours of troubleshooting I noticed a wire was loose from the factory once I tightened it the machine is now working properly the machine has great potential Buyers just really need to look everything over very carefully the air assist is seemingly weak at best you will definitely need to upgrade it at some point but for now it works I can engrave clear glass and acrylic now!!!
