It came in nice shipping shipping team was very helpful getting it into my garage…The issues came upon setup there was no installation software with the machine I have to purchase a copy of lightburn so could get the machine to work but I still do no have the drivers from the manufacturer for the machine after getting lightburn to work the y axis kept getting stuck after hours of troubleshooting I noticed a wire was loose from the factory once I tightened it the machine is now working properly the machine has great potential Buyers just really need to look everything over very carefully the air assist is seemingly weak at best you will definitely need to upgrade it at some point but for now it works I can engrave clear glass and acrylic now!!! ... show more
