Not an easy drone to find and purchase in the United States. This seller seemed to be trustworthy and that's what I found as well. The package was factory fresh, and the product works as promised. This is an amazing drone and a clear step up from the Mavic 3 Pro that it replaced. The still images that it captures doesn't appear to be that much better than 3, so don't expect DSLR quality just yet. The claim of 100mp isn't really correct if you're comparing it to a standard DSLR, but the sensor is still high quality as are the Hasselblad lenses. If you're considering purchasing a Mavic 4 Pro, here's a few things to consider. First is that getting service down the road, if needed, maybe difficult to get is not impossible. Also, buying into the model with the standard radio will save you money, but opting for the enhanced Pro version will add many features that you could find useful. The new Mavic 4 Pro was received intact and was a complete Fly More Combo. I've had a Mini 4 Pro for almost 2 years and the Mavic has proved to be a nice upgrade. There are a lot of features to explore in the Mavic 4 Pro.

Best portable drone on the market. Nothing comes close. 6K shooting. M43 sensor on main camera. 70mm camera and a 168mm super telephoto. The 168mm super telephoto makes shots look sooooo cinematic. I’m still in the early stages with the Mavic 4 Pro Fly More Combo, but my first impression is very positive. Everything feels well made, the drone and controller work exactly as expected, and setup and basic operation have been smooth so far. I bought this for testing and familiarization before using it for commercial work, and up to this point I have not run into any issues. The overall fit and finish feel premium, and the bundle is convenient if you want the extra batteries and charging accessories from the start. Purchased a Mavic 4 pro combo with 3 batteries and charger. Batteries and charger worked fine for first 60 days, then the batteries stopped taking charge. Never flown in wet conditions, no damage to the drone, just no charge. Tried using the given 3-battery charger overnight, but did nothing. Plugged individual batteries into the drone with charger- didn't charge. Called Amazon, who sent me to DJI, who said they would escalate it. Best case 30-90 days after sending in the drone and batteries and might get a solution. ... show more
