Not an easy drone to find and purchase in the United States. This seller seemed to be trustworthy and that's what I found as well. The package was factory fresh, and the product works as promised. This is an amazing drone and a clear step up from the Mavic 3 Pro that it replaced. The still images that it captures doesn't appear to be that much better than 3, so don't expect DSLR quality just yet. The claim of 100mp isn't really correct if you're comparing it to a standard DSLR, but the sensor is still high quality as are the Hasselblad lenses. If you're considering purchasing a Mavic 4 Pro, here's a few things to consider. First is that getting service down the road, if needed, maybe difficult to get is not impossible. Also, buying into the model with the standard radio will save you money, but opting for the enhanced Pro version will add many features that you could find useful. Buyer beware. I purchased this drone because my Mavic 3 needed repair, only to find out there is now a 60–90 day delay before I can even send it in. As someone who actually uses these drones professionally, that timeline is unacceptable. To make matters worse, after purchasing this new drone DJI recently removed the 2-year Refresh option that was one of the biggest reasons I stayed loyal to the brand in the first place. I reached out to support, explained the situation, and even offered to purchase another drone so I would not be grounded during the repair process. I simply asked for some level of customer loyalty consideration or discount. The response was essentially “too bad.” The drone itself is impressive. The camera and flight performance are excellent. But at this point the bigger concern is risk. If something goes wrong, you may be left with a $3,000 brick for an indefinite amount of time while support refuses to offer any flexibility whatsoever. Hard to be easy, easy to be hard. DJI built its reputation on premium products backed by premium support. Right now, the support side is not matching the price tag. ... show more

I have to admit I was nervous purchasing a drone over the internet, but with the current state of our country banning DJI drones, it was my only option. I typically could walk into any big box store that sells technology and buy one. But, since our government is ridiculous and wouldn't work with DJI, they instead chose to ban them. But, after dealing with the shipping situation, I was told it was going to arrive on a certain day twice, and it did not, so I was definitely nervous about that. It did finally show up thankfully.
