Works well. Easy to set up. USB cable was bad, which is an easy fix (once I figured that out). Would be 5 stars if the USB worked.

So far, not impressed. The machine arrived. I just got to unboxing. It’s dented. Next, two loose nuts on the bottom of the machine that fell off while moving it in place. These hold the power supply in place. The gantry is not aligned properly either. Cables not plugged in, data cable port not soldered to the laser currency display. Loose parts inside. Who quality checks these things? I get it, it’s not super expensive. I’m just trying to expand my small business a little by adding a CO2 laser. Yes, I use lasers already. If you’re going to make a product, don’t make people fix the machine prior to use. I think I’ll be requesting a replacement.

Purchased this 3.5 months ago, only used it roughly 3 weeks between then and now, and I already have to replace the LPS. If you enjoy buying/installing a $180 LPS every 3-4 months, then this laser is for you. Otherwise, buy a different brand.

When the machine is working it is wonderful. However mine has been down twice since I purchased it in April 2025. The support is willing to help by sending you the needed parts. If you buy this machine make sure you are willing to do the needed repairs even during the warranty period. I love the machine when it is working, but so far I have ben unable to use the machine about 1/4 of the time I've had it. As of right now I have no idea what the warranty period is because their warranty page says the warranty does not apply to products purchased from Walmart! I have asked for an extension due to the issues my machine has encountered and I was referred to the page that says the warranty does not apply to products purchased from Amazon. ??????? We will see and if I mget a good response I will update.
