This incubator does everything you need! Keeps the humidity at a perfect level, rotates the eggs, perfect temperature, digital display of days, and more. We hatched out 22 chicks and 15 quail this spring, and are now incubating 14 turkey eggs. I think we need a bigger coop now.

***update 2- I just hatched a second batch (30 eggs) that I paid a lot for. Only half of them hatched. Of the 15 that did not hatch only 2 developed (almost fully), the rest quit early on. This incubator is not consistent in temperature or humidity. I have 2 hygrometers inside to help monitor and the left and right side of the incubator vary by like 2°. I am so upset I’m outside my return window. Worst incubator I’ve used. • • • One of the most inconsistent incubators I’ve ever used. I bought some very expensive hatching eggs and this has given me such anxiety. I bought a hygrometer to test against what the incubator says. It doesn’t hold the same temperature or humidity consistently. The “turning” is just it rolling the entire setup left and right. It looks like all the eggs are developing on one side. The eggs just have dividers between them. Weird setup. Works in a pinch but I’m not sure I’d rely on this for important eggs. My puppy chewed through the cord of my other so I needed something quickly and the reviews seemed good. Easy to setup, easy to figure out. The candler light on top works better than I expected. Eggs are on day 5 I’ll try to remember to report back afterwards to see if it did its job. (((Update- only half hatched)))

This is a nice incubator. Temperature was perfect. The egg turner/slider worked great. Couple of design flaws; no way to disable the alarms. I like to dry hatch, high humidity in the air here. I added a few drops to keep the alarm from sounding every 2 hours. The inside of the incubator is slick, about 1/3rd of my quail became severely play legged. I'm looking for a plastic mesh to solve that problem. Some of the splay legged quail stuck their toes into the fans through slots, but it didn't appear to harm them. There was a plastic smell during incubation, but didn't seem to hurt anything. 85% hatch rate first go. Going to try turkey eggs now. Thank you fora good product.

This product is total garbage! It beeps constantly and can’t hold humidity at all. It also has the worst hatch rates of all 3 of my incubators! In contrast, the Vevor 18 egg incubator is amazing, and has hatched out many healthy chicks for me so far, with pretty good temperature and humidity control. Unfortunately, the return window on this 48-egg incubator has closed and I’m stuck with a constantly-beeping, inconsistent humidity, piece of garbage. Save your money and buy 2 of the 18-egg incubators instead!

I just got this its very sturdy and seems like good plastic. The fan is loud and needs some kind of adjusting. There are 3 holes at the bottom that need a plug so I made a plug. It leaks a lot of heat so I'm thinking about filling the seems with something. Overall it seems good. I'm starting to put eggs in it today... now I have used it for a couple weeks. It can't be in over 80 degrees or it over heats like the heater is on when it's not so now I have to run an ac unit with this. There are vent holes on the top so it constantly leaks hot air and humidity. This makes so you have to fill up the water 2 times a day. The fan is very loud so you don't want it in a room you are ever in. At first I thought this was great but now it's terrible. I wish I never bought it. My rating changed from a 4 star to a 2 star.
