DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. I would highly not recommend any of VEVOR products and would urge Amazon to STOP SELLING VEVOR Products. This crap is not even worth a star. I bought this machine and have not even made a single ice cream from it. The customer service is extremely poor, you don't ever get to speak to anyone to resolve issues. Why should I be waiting 48hrs for a response from customer service? I didn't wait 48hrs to make payment. The machine is still here and testing it to make ice cream and still yet nothing. This is supposed to be very straight forward. There is no on/off switch. When contacting customer service, they send you another manual and the manual has functions that are not on the machine I have. the quality overall is poor, I am pissed off spending money on a machine that is not working. Response time from customer service is Terrible. If you want complete frustration attempt to deal with the VEVOR help line. Everything is email, you cannot speak to anyone. I have sent them pictures and a video. It takes a minimum of 24 hours for every reply. I will have to purchase a different machine and to date I have received zero help or support from VEVOR. They just keep saying they are reviewing the claim. In other words we are stalling hoping you will give up! Beware, you have a very short window to return this item, 30 days! So, you will get no help from Amazon either. Expensive lesson learned! THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY

Easy to use and clean. Bought while it was on sale. Best purchase I made! The grandkids love making their own sundaes and cones. The adults turn in to big kids using it. It pays for its self quickly, due to not making trips to restaurants to buy ice cream products.

I never leave reviews! However, this ice cream machine is extremely poor quality! Withing the first 2 uses the gearbox was leaking oil everywhere. The machine was missing several bolts causing the fan belts to become loose. That is the good part! If you want complete frustration attempt to deal with the VEVOR help line. Everything is email, you cannot speak to anyone. I have sent them 20 pictures and a video. It takes a minimum of 24 hours for every reply. We ended up buying a different machine and to date have received zero help or support from VEVOR. They just keep saying they are reviewing the claim. In other words we are stalling hoping you will give up! Beware, you have a very short window to return this item, 30 days! So, you will get no help from Amazon either. Expensive lesson learned! By the way it would not let me leave a one star review. 2 is the minimum!

Buyer Beware!! This claims to be commercial-grade equipment, and it is not. It does not have any restaurant certifications, such as NSF and UL. I purchased this for a food truck, and my health inspector would not let me use it. I had to eat $400 to return it (expensive life lesson....do your homework FIRST). It is very unfortunate that Amazon allows them to misrepresent their products in such a way. I will probably end up donating this to a church or community organization. I can't speak to how it works, I never used it.

Ended up spending over $2000 because of electrical problems. It kept blowing breakers or just stopped running like it didn’t have enough power. The electrician took a look at the machine and discovered that the cord on the machine was not the correct one for that machine. After the proper cord was installed it has worked fine.
