Despite the inadequate reviews, I decided to make the purchase, hoping that the company would have address the issues before selling additional units. However, I was GREATLY mistaken and ended up being very disappointed with purchasing this product not only came with many dent pieces also came with other damages all noticeable. I STRONGLY advise against purchasing this product, as it is very CHEAP thin metal, not strong enough to hold up, and prone to bending, breaking, and warping even with just strong daily winds. It is a terrible product and purchasing it will likely lead to regret.. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

The instructions are not very clear, I had to guess and redo few times, Like what is the purposes of the N*2 are, and no indications of how and were to use M6 x64 and lastly the bass G connections with the posts are not very strong, I modified it by adding nuts and bolts. Well see how long this last?

The product came with missing parts. In addition, the posts were dented and it appears the item was used. The screws were stripped as well. The instructions are backwards and hard to understand. I sent photos of the damaged areas and they requested photos which I sent. They keep emailing me the same thing..to provide photos. Which I did. I'm so upset as it took 4 hrs due to missing screws, dented posts.. I will never buy from these people again. This is unacceptable

Not very happy with product. It is as it is described and not very well happy with the way I received it. Was finally able to open it a week after receiving product and have many parts that are dented just like the picture shown. Was able to straighten it out best I can but overall not worth the money I spent on it. And the instructions on putting it together are very tough to decipher exact screws for each piece you are working with I will say if anything happens with this one I will just build my own next time because I know at least I would make it of higher quality for same price and more durable.

This item was shipped fast, all parts came in working order. Setup was not too bad, give it atleast 3-4 hours with power tools. Overall great quality, would recommend for anyone's back yard.
