The media could not be loaded. Okay so first off, everyone knows Vevor is definitely not a laser company. That said, I was really surprised to see this 100W for the price and gave it a shot. After ordering I saw the 1 star review and was nervous but having experience with previous lasers and in the electronic field, I was confident I could inspect it for any damages and repair any issues (at least just basic wiring, switches or hoses). After I received the crate, yes they delivered a crate to the front of my garage, I unboxed it and wheeled it in. Everything looked fine externally. No dents, no damage and everything felt solid. I opened the laser to check all wires and they were all solid with nothing sheered or loose. The even included a bag with all the tools and instructions (the book is pretty detailed actually, you gotta know how a laser engraver works though). NOTE: laser engraving machines have a learning curve! Don’t expect to buy one and not learn how to use it. That’s not what the booklet is for. The machine comes with a water cooler, not to be confused with a chiller. Chillers have refrigerant and a compressor to chill the water. This thing has a water reservoir with a radiator and fans to cool the water to room temp. It’s winter now so temps have been low enough for it to be enough. Once summer comes around, I’ll probably invest in a chiller. If you never used a CO2 laser before, know that all of us users recommend you do mirror alignment and check the settings before using it. Absolutely join the laser groups on social media. They will be so much more helpful than support techs that work for a generic company. Lastly, this thing works like a champ! I’ve engraved and cut a few projects already and it’s fast. I enjoy having built in the 8” exhaust fan in the back. I just needed to buy a 8” vent to cut into the wall so I could exhaust it outdoors. Not sure why the 1 star review got a bad product, usually bad reviews are the one that get put up but I felt like this should be given a chance. It’s a great deal!

Update 3: After posting update 2, they moved the listing I reviewed back to its own listing. ------------------- IMPORTANT UPDATE, SCAMMY PRACTICE (update 2): I originally wrote this review on a different listing. I was the only review. In order to combated the negative review, they combined the listing I reviewed on, with another laser they offer. They do this to bury bad reviews. I would not be surprised if they relist the same laser I had before with no reviews. STAY AWAY! ------------------- Update 1: Support is completly useless. I tried to work with the company to replace the broken air assist and they just refuse. Their go-to line is to "return the item". They know full well that returning this item through Amazon will result in a lot of work. You will need to recrate the item, and wait for a pickup. Depending on the area you are in, that could be weeks. If you do get this item, please make sure to check every wire, every connection to the controllers, and ever water tube. This device does not feel safe and you should not purchase it. ------------------- Original Review: I received this item and it was packaged OK. Once I got it apart, I inspected it and noticed that the water pump had come loose and damaged the air assist and made it non functional. I also noticed bare exposed wiring that had been stripped. This would have resulted in a electrified unit if I had plugged it in and not noticed the issue. The wire connectors on the LED light were barely connected with loose electrical tape. On top of that, the wire was extremely taut rubbing on the laser tube. There were a handful of other electric issues mostly bad craftsmen ship. There were loose wires going into the controller and connector ends not fully in contact. When I reached out to support, they essentially tell you to fix it yourself in a condensending way, "The water pump and the water pipe have come off at the location where they are connected... just refasten them..." They completely ignored the fact the air assist doesn't work. They suggested to fix the other issues with just more tape. This is not a simple purchase and use, you will need to do a lot of work they should have done in order to get your item working.
