The product came with missing parts. In addition, the posts were dented and it appears the item was used. The screws were stripped as well. The instructions are backwards and hard to understand. I sent photos of the damaged areas and they requested photos which I sent. They keep emailing me the same thing..to provide photos. Which I did. I'm so upset as it took 4 hrs due to missing screws, dented posts.. I will never buy from these people again. This is unacceptable

I wanted to love this so much. Easy to assemble. Does take 3 people tho. It is super light weight being made out of aluminum. Now for the flaws. The package arrived and didn't look to bad on the outside but a few of the pieces were dented from shipping. Being aluminum it was easy to bend it back. Now the slides for the roof cover tend to get stuck easily because of the flexing of the aluminum frame. I have had to adjust the rails on both ends to get it to run smoothly-ish. When pulled back there is no way to keep it from blowing open and acting like a sail. The little cover that goes on the top acts like 3 swinging pools for bugs and cannot drain. The sliding roof has holes for drains but the weight of the water causes it to flex and the water get trapped on the roof for more fun when you try to open it or get soaked int he process of using it. It is super light. I ended up screwing boards on the feet and putting them in flower pots and filling them mostly with sand. Then putting some sand inside the uprights for stability and strength. Now it doesn't move. Plan on planting some plant in them for a little but repelling. The assembly instructions are not easy to follow. I kept having to look at the mechanical breakdown to see where the parts actually went. I Had 3 screw strip out from the poor threading. Most had burs in the threads from manufacturing.

This item was shipped fast, all parts came in working order. Setup was not too bad, give it atleast 3-4 hours with power tools. Overall great quality, would recommend for anyone's back yard.

The pergola looks nice but it came dented, bent and missing three items. The missing items are plastic caps to block the rain from the columns. I’ve contacted Vevo support, first they wanted a picture, now the want an asin #. I can’t return it, it took me a whole day to assemble! Update, a week later they are asking me to look carefully for the part!! Unacceptable!

Not very happy with product. It is as it is described and not very well happy with the way I received it. Was finally able to open it a week after receiving product and have many parts that are dented just like the picture shown. Was able to straighten it out best I can but overall not worth the money I spent on it. And the instructions on putting it together are very tough to decipher exact screws for each piece you are working with I will say if anything happens with this one I will just build my own next time because I know at least I would make it of higher quality for same price and more durable.

The instructions are not very clear, I had to guess and redo few times, Like what is the purposes of the N*2 are, and no indications of how and were to use M6 x64 and lastly the bass G connections with the posts are not very strong, I modified it by adding nuts and bolts.
