EDITED TO ADD: Company followed up to my return in a prompt manner, offering several remedies. They were very accommodating and thorough. Added one star for customer service. Four stars for ease of assembly. Four stars for appearance, and It’s a pretty color. Overall, comfort-wise, seat cushions are firm but comfy. The back cushions get one star as they are quite thin and I ended up buying a bag of poly fill to add extra oomph… and this comes with three “toss pillows”. I cut them open and used their filling for filling up the arm cushions. It is a good looking couch. But back cushions leave a lot to be desired. Not sure how it will hold up, but I needed something larger for my home, and this will fit the bill until I can afford a nicer couch. I do like that it is modifiable, and I could buy another of this same couch and add to what I have to build a custom design. That’s pretty awesome. But they could certainly up the overall cushion cushiness.
