I looked for a long time for the perfect couch for my Houseboat. I chose to buy one in a box because I couldn’t get a fully assembled couch through the door of the boat. I also wanted to be able to convert the living room into a bedroom when necessary. After several months of trying to find the perfect couch, I believe that I did. Though this couch is not the most comfortable couch in the world for sitting, I didn’t really expect it to be. I knew I would be using it more for a bed and that is what was most important to me. But for the money, it’s a great value. It wasn’t. Very difficult And I did it by myself. It took me a few hours and I highly recommend organizing all of the parts before beginning the process. It’s also a good idea to have an electric screwdriver handy to save you some time. The bed does sit a little low to the ground, but I always put a 3 inch memory foam topper on all of my sleeper sofas so it didn’t bother me much. It also adds the extra comfort That you might want on a couch like this. The material is really nice and it’s a nice light cream color. It’s hard to tell sometimes by the pictures if it’s going to be really white, but it’s the perfect shade of cream for warm tones. The box did come slightly damaged, but I was not missing any parts and luckily nothing inside was damaged or dirty. The cushions are all vacuum, sealed and protected by plastic. I worth I ordered this couch initially once before, but changed my mind and had no problem with the company getting an immediate refund. No questions asked. But then after taking a lot of measurements and looking at other couches, I decided to order this one again after all. So I would say I got great customer service. After assembling it, I will mention that there were a few extra parts that were left over and I’m not sure why but it’s likely that I put it together wrong. Seem to affect its structural integrity at all. There were other couch options that didn’t have the armrests, but I find having armrest to be really beneficial. That said the mattress itself is still a true queen, which I definitely wanted. The memory foam topper is exactly queen size. I am able to fit queen size sheets on the bed with no slack. ... show more

Purchased this product in October when i was creating a quest room in my home, the shipment was quick and It came in two separate boxes greatly packaged with step by step Instructions and the tools required which was so helpful for me to build, the color was very vibrant and the feel is soft to touch, the sofa has proven to be sturdy and supports, I give this product a 4 star only because the height was lower than i expected and the lack of thickness of the sofa when converted into a bed, Otherwise i highly recommend to other customers, for the value and the quality you can’t beat it! Tip: if your going to purchase like i did for a quest room make certain to buy a mattress foam topper and it will add the fuller thickness and be that perfect and comfy touch for your quest! ... show more

I love my pretty little green sleeper sofa! There was no great difficulty in putting it together and it is so much more comfortable than I expected. The firmness is just right and the trundle style avoids a bar pressing against your back the way a Hideaway sofa does. I needed extra sleeping space and it fit perfectly in one of the bedrooms. The green velvet is beautiful and so soft I couldn't be happier and don't believe I could have found anything more perfect for what I needed it for...especially for the price!🙂 ... show more

After using my couch for a couple of months, I waited to write this review. Overall, you need to know this is a good couch. I am single and live alone with my black lab (109 lbs). This was my first apartment, and knowing that I have such a large dog whose playful I didn’t want to buy a $2000 couch. I purchased this couch instead. If I had to do it all over again, I would. It turns into a queen-sized bed, which is great for when I have friends visit. I typically leave it in lounge mode! Why? Because I’m 5’5, and if I lay down on the couch horizontally, I fit head to toe, so keep that in mind if you’re taller than 5’5. The cushions are on the firmer side, and I will say construction instructions are not perfect, and I have a higher leg than the other. I had someone to build this. I didn’t build it myself so it wasn’t a user error. To add a small note the paint chips off on the metal frame often. I vacuum twice a week and always find paint chips under the couch from the frame. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable option, I think this is great. Depending on where I’m at in life after, I would honestly try to bring this couch with me and or get another one of these because it is so convenient and easy to clean, and even though it is firm, it’s still comfy. ... show more
