Loving this thing! For the price!! Crazy! Used it all day, cutting & grinding. Worked like a champ. Quick change is easy. Tool in handle, which my original DeWaltcm didn’t have. Ordered the knock off batteries too. & knock off charging station. GOLD!! Unless of course, the charger burns my house down or the tool blows up in my face. I’ll keep you posted 🤞🤞🤞

The switch is a little tricky but I'm getting used to it. I LOVE the variable speed feature. Sometimes I just need to slow that wire wheel down. Seems to be a solid unit. Only have about 2 hrs of hard use (5"wire cup brush) on it removing rust and scale from a 22' long dairy manure pump, and it is working well. And my Dewalt batteries fit!

I needed a second angle grinder to switch between tasks. I also wanted variable speeds so I could grind points on my TIG welding electrodes, and my single-speed grinder was just way too fast. I also decided to go cordless for extra versatility and convenience. As I have multiple DeWalt batteries, I chose this model based on great reviews. I am not disappointed. Alot tougher than I originally thought it would be. I put it to the test cutting through 1" thick steel piping. A whole shed worth of it. So I made alllott of cuts. And I didn't go easy on it. It cut through every single one like butter. Im very impressed with this grinder. It's well built and got some weight to it. After finishing countless cuts it's still working like new. So yes I definitely would recommend this tool to other people.

Only used it for cutting off a hitch lock that had been on my truck for ten years. It was the lock part had rusted so the key wouldn't work. I cut the pin easily. The dewalt battery works without a problem. Since i have a few dewalt tools. I'm happy with purchase. Would buy again.
