This thing is awesome. +The velcro does a good job securing the wrap where I can easily walk around with this without it falling. +Heats up pretty quickly. It has 3 heat settings. The 3rd is really hot and I can only use it for a minute or so. 2nd is the sweet spot for sure and I actually end up sweating sometimes. 1st setting gets noticeably warm. Goodbye heating gel pads. +Vibrating/Massaging works well. Really prevents my back from getting stiff while I'm sitting at my desk, so after I get up after a long work session, I'm not bent over in discomfort. I even wore it while driving to the store to prevent that stiffness after the drive. +Battery life seems pretty good. Can get a few sessions in before needing to charge. Honestly can't think of any cons other than this not being able to do cold treatment, but that's crazy.

Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

I’ve used this daily with my athletes, and it’s a game-changer. The cordless design makes it easy to wear anywhere, and the heat + vibration combo feels like a heated massage on demand. The charge lasts up to 2 hours, recharges quickly (15–30 minutes), and the timer automatically shuts off after 20 minutes—just enough for safe, effective relief. The wrap is lightweight, soft, and fits comfortably around the back, but I’ve also used it on thighs and even the abdomen (great for cramps). Just avoid direct skin contact for too long, as it can get hot. Overall, it’s far superior to a regular heating pad, and well worth the investment for recovery or everyday soreness.

Overall very pleased. Heats very fast. I typically use the first or second setting which is usually enough. Figure under 20 seconds it’s heated up. 3 distinct vibration settings, one constant, the other two intermittent pulsating. Fit wise it’s comfortable. The controller can be a bit bulky if you wear it under a shirt but generally not in the way of movement. I generally run 1-2 cycles, which are 15-minute intervals apiece. You can get 1-2 more intervals out of a single charge but beware if you’re running high heat and constant vibration the battery life will be impeded as it is wireless after all. However for the 30 minute sessions at low to medium heat and one constant vibration and one pulsating this works like a charm and charges full in about 30 minutes. From completely dead battery it’ll take several hours to fully charge. I’ve used it typical twice a day, so hour total every day going on a few months with zero issues. Dont really see a point for the Bluetooth/app so have not downloaded it. There’s 3 heat/3 vibration settings, not exactly complex stuff here to need an app to control it. Definitely recommend it as part of a recovery program, this has helped quite a bit in combination with other steps to mitigate back pain.

Instant venom to my terrible lower back pains. Relieves hours of torture in seconds. My man has a really bad back that keeps him from moving sometimes and he loves it too. Quality material, reasonable price, very fast heat and 3xmodes vibrations. Only drawback it the battery's short life and long charge time, and it's fielty to a charging source that is not universal. Most of their products like this will share chargers just fine. Just don't effing lose it! I feel like it lasts 45 min only, about 3-4 sessions. Maybe an hour, i can't say for sure. One size fits all, easy to put on, comfy and simple.

This has been a lifesaver for my husband's back. It provides excellent relief with three different vibration modes and a fantastic heat option, which really helps to soothe his muscles. It's comfortable to wear and the battery life is great. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is a significant issue we had with the charger. The charging pin broke off inside one of our outlets, which was both inconvenient and a little concerning. While the wrap itself is a wonderful product, the quality of the charger could definitely be improved.

Worth every penny spent!! I wanted a strong, well-built heat pack that would last for more than a few weeks and this is the BEAST. The mother of all heatpacks. It has three heat settings and I am really unsure if I will ever use the highest setting unless the apocalypse occurs and I need to heat up some beans. Level two heat is crazy hot even with a heavy shirt on. Now, let's get to the bonus of the beast - the massage function. Three levels of varying patterns of massage that can be used with and without heat. It is AWESOME! The stuff they don't tell you - the battery life is enough for multiple sessions and obviously, depends on what functions you use and the intensity you choose. Again, works for a full three sessions on Level two with massage going the entire time. Don't overdo it folks, any PT person will tell you it is not meant to be on all day long.
