Love this product! Have used heating pads in the past but this blows them away. Gets hot, fast and also has vibration which many of those pads do not have. This product has improved my quality of life as it really helps with low back pain/tightness that I experience every morning. I just pop it on for 15 mins and my muscles warm up and I'm ready to go. Best thing about this is how I can use it anywhere, anytime. I can use it while sitting at my desk working, or while I go for a walk. Can't say that about any plug in heating pads! It has three heat settings which is nice because I can only tolerate the heat up to the second setting. So it's super powerful and great for people who can handle more heat than I can. Also enjoy the vibration, which is very strong. I prefer the first vibration setting, which is continuous. The other two are more intermittent which doesn't suit me. Would say the only downside is the battery life that lasts about 2 hours or so. I can't really complain about it though because it's battery powered and thus can be used anywhere, any time. Also I'm sure the heating element requires an enormous amount of power so totally understandable. Overall I highly recommend this product and would easily consider buying products from this company in the future. ... show more

I got this product to help with my sciatica. It warms up insanely fast and I love the different heat and vibrating options. It was pricey, but worth the money in my opinion. I love wearing it around while I'm doing normal house chores as opposed to staying stationary like I would with a normal heating pad. The only gripe I have is that the battery doesn't last that long. I just received my unit and I like it. The heat is immediate, and I use setting #2. I have a biggg body, and the wrap fits me, which I had initially been concerned about. The 15 minute shutoff point does not bother me. I have been through many multiples of physical therapists over the years. There was a consistent theme from when they applied either heat or ice therapy. They would only do it for 15 minutes. I asked about that once and was told that if you used heat/ice longer than that, the body would start reversing the healing effect. The effort would be then counterproductive, for healing purposes. A non-medical person might presume that the longertime limit that you do heat/ice therapy, the better it is for you. Nope!! The therapists stated that it is better to do multiple sessions, spread apart, of 15 minute time points, rather than attempting to do a long time point. The pad automatically shutting off after 15 minutes is doing precisely what I would have done anyway. I don't have to worry about using a timer!! PS I bought this when it was $199. I cannot truly say that I would have bought it at the regular price of $249. My budget would have complained about that! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this product! I’ve been having a series of issues with my lower back, sciatica, as well as my hip flexor, and I was looking online for a way to kind of solve this, which would also be portable. I came across this particular product and I love it because you strap it around your waist in the morning And then you turn on the little power thing and then you have three settings for heat which are really hot and I use it with a T-shirt. Otherwise I think it might burn you. The vibration also has three settings and is kind of a buzzing kind of everything‘s vibrating at first and then a second once like a thump and the third ones just like a different version of that. In my test I’ve been able to get 6 15 minute cycles off of one battery charge and that’s perfectly fine for me. At first I thought oh it should be a lot longer but really you don’t want to use this thing for that much time anyway, the charger is a wall plug-in version And it seems to work perfect takes about 2 to 3 hours to charge it up and I rotate this between heat and ice. I have also used this to strap around my waist and take the dog out for a walk and that’s really nice as well. As the final note, I typically purchased the competitive version of this product line, but I went with everybody’s reviews and I believe everyone else is correct and that this is the way to go. Updated after one month...THE HEATING ELEMENT IS ALREADY WORN!! aAnd I really only used it a handful of times. Does not get hot like it did the first few times. So, brought it down to one star because it a waste of money. Im going to see if I can return it for something different. I wanted so much to like this necause in theory it.is awesome! This is what sweetness and freedom feel like. Hits the sweet spot while having the option to walk around cord free! I mean only one use so far but it was 20 minutes of bliss! Nice and comfortable and can get pretty hot. Very helpful when I have a stiff low back. Easy to use and my only issue is that the battery does not last long. I imagine it’s hard to have a strong enough battery and keep it portable and perform well. It’s pretty pricey so that would’ve been preferred but hopefully this will last me many years ... show more
