Assembly was easy, maybe 15 minutes (you gotta jiggle the wheels a little to get them snapped in), I think it took maybe a week to arrive, condition was perfect. Color is true to picture. I bought this because I was putting together my home office, and the office chair I had was 1) so uncomfortable, I couldn't sit there and work all day, even getting up every 30 mins! By 2:30, I was in so much pain, I'd move to my bed to lay down and work. And 2) ugly. So I got this chair. First it showed up so quickly! It said it would take 3ish weeks, but I got it in a week. Second, it was very quick and easy to put together! The only issue was putting the wheels on, but then I realized you just kinda had to really push them in and they snapped into place. Thirdly, the color is amazing, and looks just like the pictures! This chair is really pretty. Lastly, SO.COMFORTABLE! The back comes up to right below my shoulders (I'm 6' so maybe on shorter people it will come up higher) but offers a lot of support! And the seat is wide, and the perfect combination of soft and supportive. The first day I had it, I worked all day and had NO PAIN. It was amazing. I love this chair! ... show more

This chair was delivered hours ago and I love it! It’s comfortable, sleek, and fits all 185 pounds of me in the seat. Easy to put together…it took maybe 15 minutes. Hopefully the chair holds up because I would hate to change my review a few days, weeks, or even months down the road. I was looking for something outside the ordinary as oppose a traditional office chair, in the shabby chic category (chair is a dusty rose color), and this fits my personal requirement. Otherwise, very simple. Total time to assemble: ☆☆☆☆☆ easily 5 mins, unless you have to "dink" around getting the casters completely inserted. Overall: ☆☆☆☆+ I would have given a 5☆☆☆☆☆ review IF: 1. the instructions noted the 'dinking around' that may be necessary for casters to fully insert (perhaps a drawing of 'ok' & 'not ok" 🤷♀️) 2.
