I have a very finicky little cat so I am rating the unit itself. It was very simple to set up (there is also a video online) and it operates very quietly. I have the light turned off until he get used to it...sometimes cats aren't happy with change but I have seen him checking it out so there is hope! This unit is working great and looks like it will be easy to clean also. You can't beat the price...definitely worth a try if you are looking for a water fountain for your small pet!!

UPDATE- seller made the issue right and now I have extra filters and a working motor! Thank you so much! I got this earlier this year for our one cat. It looks great and worked awesome until yesterday when it just broke completely :( I’m pretty disappointed. While it was a great deal, I liked the style more than a lot of the other more expensive fountains. Wish I knew what was wrong with it to fix it but after a thorough cleaning it still doesn’t pump any water. Ugh!

Bought this fountain for my cat so he has fresh water all day long. Cats do not like stagnant water and this fountain was perfect. Came with extra filters for changing being it filters the water extremely well. The LED light is a plus so you can keep an eye on the water level and also add a nice look to fountain. It’s perfect for my cat he’s the only animal in the house. He loves to drink out of it. It simple to clean and change the filters I clean and change the filters once a week and it’s super easy to take apart and put back together. The fountain is plastic and that is the reason I clean it weekly but for the price it’s a great fountain for any animal.

The Veken 95oz Cat Water Fountain has been a great addition for my pet. The stainless steel lid is not only durable but also easy to clean, and the 2.8L capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly. My cat loves the flowing water, and it encourages her to stay hydrated. The fountain runs quietly, which is a huge plus, but the filters can be a bit pricey to replace regularly. Assembly and cleaning are straightforward, though some parts are a little tricky to dry completely. Overall, it’s a reliable and stylish option for pet owners, and I’d definitely recommend it!

I love this cat water fountain. BUT I go away on the weekends and I have automatic cat feeders and I bought this water fountain just for this reason. Last weekend as we were getting ready to leave, I always double check everything. I am so happy I do. I had cleaned this fountain, changed filters, etc. It was working just fine. BUT for whatever reason, it just quit working. We had to stop leaving. I took the fountain apart checked everything, etc. It wouldn't work. I put a large bowl of water out for my 2 cats and left. When I got home, I again took everything apart on the fountain put it back together and it started working again. NOW, I know to never leave the cats with just this fountain. I will continually leave a large bowl out for them b/c I can't rely on this fountain to continuously work!!! So, learn from my experience. Don't rely JUST on the fountain for water for your pets! UPDATE!!! I changed my star to one---I wish I could rate it ZERO! Just last weekend I had rated it 3 b/c (thankfully) before we left for the weekend, the fountain for my cats quit working. I messed around with it and it started working. I clean this fountain as directed and change the filters too. Yesterday when I woke up, the fountain was NOT working AGAIN. Both cats were thirsty. I don't know when it quit working. But when I went to bed it was working. I pulled it all apart again, used the little brush to see it something was blocking the little tube. I worked on it for over an HOUR and it hasn't started working. I was irate. I went to return it but, guess what, I had missed the window to return. When I purchased this fountain, I bought a large quantity of filters b/c I knew I had to clean and change filters very often. So I am out the money for the fountain AND all the filters. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I read where another customer, the same thing happened. I will go back to filling bowls of water daily so I know my furbabies have water whenever they need it. UPDATE #2 I am embarrassed to even tell you this. I kept this fountain VERY clean and used dbl filtered water. When it quit working, as I said above, I torn it apart. There was no gunk in it. I had friends over and one husband asked, did you pull the wheel assembly apart? Yes, I did. Did you carefully put it back in? I thought I did. I took in apart again BUT I had to use needle nosed plyers to pull the fan out. I put it back together and it is working like it is brand new. So, if it doesn't work pull the wheel and put back carefully. Mea culpa!!!

This fountain is well made and works great. The pump is strong and quiet and the whole fountain is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. I change the water every 3 or 4 days as kitty likes fresh water. I have checked the filters and they have been clean but I rinse them anyway. I was looking at the stainless steel model but this looked like a better deal and I like the colors and the window to check the water level. This is an excellent product.
