This is a strong, sturdy lock. Love the full grip handle vs the thumb push down to open. It’s a smooth easy open. This is my first finger print access lock and I love it! Delivery on time. Nothing was missing from the box. I don’t give many 5 star ratings, but this one definitely earned it.

    • Door handle and latching mechanism needs help.

The dead bolt works like a champ! The fingerprint, the card, and key pad paired with the app pretty easily. The app is easy to use. The only problem is the door handle and latching mechanism. The normal door handle sticks in a half way position after opening the door and the latching mechanism doesn’t at times fully extend. This part I will have to either purchase a different door handle and latching mechanism or return the whole thing. Since I bought two units I had to purchase a different latching mechanism for the front door and now the back door is doing the same. ... show more
