I emailed customer service because I thought I didn't have all the screws but they were all pre placed in the components they needed to be used with. They responded within a day and addressed all my concerns and questions. Even did a follow up. Easy diagram directions. Alley key was all that was needed. The bedframe is gorgeous ๐Ÿ˜. Hey, so I bought this item for my daughter for Christmas. She is two years old. It fits her perfectly I did sleep in it when she was with her father for the weekend and it was comfortable for the most part but I recommended for a child or for light sleeping.
