I relied upon the numbers in the Toughsteps Size Chart for U.S. Men's Boots and found them to be very accurate. Surprisingly good boots for the money. I ordered these to replace a worn out pair of Dr. Martens Industrial Steel Toed Boots, which they don't make anymore. These were the closest I could find to that style and with similar features. I wear a 10.5 (US) in shoes and sometimes buy an 11 in work boots. I initially bought an 11, but returned them for a 10.5. The fit is good for me - possibly a tad loose, which will be good for thicker socks in the winter months. The boots are sturdy and a little clunky for the first couple of weeks, but have slowly started to break in. They are not quite as comfortable as the Dr. Martens, but not uncomfortable, either. The laces for these boots should be a gauge or two lager, but they work fine and stay laced. These critiques are all very minor, and are completely offset by the price - especially the sale price.
