A nice, sturdy but not clunky or massive bedframe. The directions they gave were easy to follow. One person can put this bedframe together with little difficulty but it'll be much easier with two. As a note, this bedroom has 6 posts - there are two 'support posts' in the middle on each side, so if you're buying floor or slide protectors for the bed, make a note of that. The support offered by the underpinnings on the bed (it has steel crossbars running from head to foot) means that if you're using a new mattress up to modern specs, you won't need a box spring, and the height of the bed's head and footboards mean you can't really put a box spring on it anyway. The bed itself is attractive, elegant, and minimalist. It would work in almost any room, unless you absolutely cannot have something with a basic black/wrought iron look. Set up was a breeze! Probably the only thing my husband and I put together without arguing bwhahaha! Everything was clearly labeled and instructions were clear. Had extra hardware. Took us about 1 hour to set up 2 beds (while cooking dinner too!). Sturdy beds. Beautiful design. Unfortunately I didn't measure our space for two beds so it takes up too much room in the space we planned for these. We have to switch to bunk beds but I wish we didn't have to! My full size bed frame came in today, set up was straightforward but a lot of piece to put together even with my own hand tools it took about a hour to set up but it does come with basic tools so you can use those if want. After set up I tightened every screw to make sure it was nice and sturdy and it is, after putting my 6 inch memory foam mattress it was nice and sturdy and very comfortable. I do not recommend anything over 10 inch for the mattress as it will pass your foot board. There is plenty of room under the bed I put all my shoes and a few storage baskets with plenty of room for more down the line. My only complaint for right now I will have to adjust is the middle foot on the side, I already hit it three times with my toes and we all know that feeling of stubbing your toes it is so much fun 😝 it is something I will have to get used too as my old did not have that. All in all I really like the design of the frame, hopefully it last a long time but time will tell… ... show more

Since my bed is oriented under a low window, I needed a headboard that was nice and low but would keep the pillows from sliding into the window. Great price, very sturdy, and so much lighter than my old frame. I needed a lighter frame so I could move it when needed. I have severe back problems, so I decided to order this frame and toss my old one to make it easy to move. It was very easy to assemble, and it looks great! The upper portion holds my pillows in place, and the lower side helps to keep my sheets and blankets in place. I did have to put cardboard on the top of it so the sheets and blankets would not hang down, but that was easy! All-around great budget product. It was nicely packaged, manual was concise, all parts were marked, and assembly was not that difficult though it will take you about 30 min if done alone. The frame's material feel very solid and of great quality for the price and is surprisingly light even when fully assembled so it can easily be moved. I'm 150 lbs and I haven't heard any squeaking or rocking so far. The twin mattress fit in perfectlya and does move around a little, though that could be with the mattress material, but with all that is said, the pros outweighs the cons by a big margin given how cheap it is. It has surpassed my expectations. Just remember to tighten all screws after putting all the parts together to prevent any wobbling. ... show more
