Everything was in the box, the instructions were easy to follow as everything was numbered and all the tools/screws were provided and packaged very nicely. I love it and couldn't be any happier. The frame doesn't make any type of noise and has made a dramatic difference in my mattress.

The bed took around an hour to build or less and it was easy to follow the instructions and build it right away. Once build its well built so you can feel the difference compare to others. Also the delivery was fast and quick done in 2 days.
