The trundle wasn’t difficult to put together and I had one hiccup. It folded halfway into the storage position and I had to remove a couple bolts to fix it. I dislike the fact that the slats aren’t held down by screws but rather just lain in a little groove on the frame.

So I got this for my three year old to sleep on in her sisters room. We have tried everything and I do mean everything to get these stinkin bars to stay in the holes where they go. They will not and unfortunately once they fall out my kids think they are toys or weapons and try to use them on each other. 🤦🏻♀️ short of drilling each bar into place there is no way they will stay put. (Psa we have also tightened the side and middle bolts as tight as they will go and they still don’t stay in.) ... show more

I bought this because my last trundle bed frame was broken when my boys were wrestling around. This is great! The old trundle rolls right underneath. It holds my teenage son and looks great.

It's not bad, just be EXTREMELY cautious when you have your bed out and you're passing around it. Almost lost my ankle and my roommate a few times. The corners come out a little more than expected, the dimensions are more for a Twin XL. Otherwise great.

It was easy to assemble- grandson loved his first big boy bed! It is very sturdy and great color to grow with for a boy. We did put a layer of plywood / in addition to the square dowels supporting the mattress because the big kid mesh railing we added did not have support.     • Very difficult to assemble.
Once it is assembled it works as expected and even survives my 280lb carcass when I occasionally sleep in it. Putting it together was painful, instructions written horribly.
