I bought three of these in the twin size for when my grandkids come. We have loved them and use them probably about three times a year is all. One of them stopped working as far as the pump goes and we couldn’t inflate it. I have had it for about a year and a half and knew it was not within Amazons return policy. I noticed a phone number printed if you needed help with the mattress. It was printed on the actual Mattress so I called the number and found out that they have a two-year warranty on all of their mattresses! They are sending me a brand new one and I don’t have to even send this one back. They were so kind on the phone and took care of it within just a few minutes. In the future if any of these go out after the warranty is over, I will still buy the same brand just because of this great experience with getting the replacement when needed. ... show more

The size is perfect for guests, and it's surprisingly durable - no loss of air pressure despite frequent use. It's comfortable with its flocked top surface. It took about 3 minutes for the bed to inflate and about the same to deflate. It was very easy to use. Assume it was comfortable as no complaints. It's nice having the air pump built in, didn't expect it to work as good and quick as it did.

I slept on this mattress daily for a month. I was in between housing as my former house sold before my new house was ready to move in. My cousin's day bed was unbearable. My old air mattress was on its last leg, so I bought this one for the last month of waiting. It has performed pretty well. It inflates quickly, maintains its integrity through the night, and is stable as long as you are on it. It's really lightweight and will slide on a hard surface. The inflation/deflation system works well. The fact that the controls are on the front of the mattress provides excellent access. It is rather loud to inflate and seems louder when deflating. Deflation without the motor takes a while and is cumbersome, but I had to keep the noise down. Storage is a breeze. Once the air is out, fold and roll - it's out of the way. Keep it away from sharp edges and it should last you for a while. ... show more
