I love the bed. It's sturdy, beautiful and the price is right. However, I was unfortunate to receive one that was missing one of the mattress bars and had minor scratches and marks shown in the pictures. I have a feeling I receive a previously opened bed even though it says new. I reached out to the company and haven't heard back. I also reached out to Amazon and they would refund me or replace the whole bed but I already put the whole thing together. They can't just send one piece. I'm going to keep it because I already threw out the original box it came in out and it's going to be a process if I try and return it. It's still a beautiful bed. ... show more
