Our two toddlers have used this daily since Christmas. They love to climb and slide and move it around the house. Yesterday, one of the boys was climbing and the wood split away from the screw. I didn’t realize the wood was so sensitive, and now we’re trying to decide what to do with it. *UPDATE* I’ve updated my review from 3 to 5 stars for customer service. The company reached out because of my feedback and offered a full refund. Our boys love playing on the equipment so I asked if we could just get that replacement piece to fix the split wood. The company is sending us a brand new set to compensate! They’re quick to reply and will work to make sure their customers are satisfied!

the quality of this play gym is awesome, but it’s christmas eve night and im building it for my kids and the back of the “slide” is broken. this was their only present from santa. the wood is chipped out and ripped off the base. im really bummed out after spending so much money and hoping i can get a replacement. however the other two were easy to build and the wood seems very durable. it is soft so im not worried about splinters.

My 16 month old absolutely loves climbing and this has been such a fun indoor activity. Solid wood, cute, good size, and so many different ways for her to play! She is currently still working on the triangle climber, but loves the rounded piece and I can attach the slide to it which she likes running up or sliding down on. It was easy to put together, I did it myself while she napped. If your little needs to get energy out and likes to climb, I definitely recommend!

** Great customer service. They offered to send me a replacement or receive a refund. Since just one piece was broken we decided to receive a replacement. Did not have to send back the other set and received the new set in about a week. Got this for two year old birthday. He loves to climb so he loves this. But when we put it together we noticed part of the wood for the slide side was broken. I have noticed in other reviews that this piece has also arrived broken. Would love to get a replacement piece from the seller to make the set complete. Toddler still has fun climbing the other side.

The A frame had all the parts and is great. The slide/climb board is cool and should last. The U frame is missing 8 of the 18 lag bolts required for assembly and so finding out while assembling Christmas Eve as a gift for Christmas day was disappointing. **Update** Contacted seller regarding missing hardware the day after Christmas. Seller returned contact and advised they would be sending replacements to make good on the hardware discrepancy...I thought they were going to send me 9 bolts to replace the parts. They sent me an entire new product set with no requirement to return the original and they had it delivered by new years eve! My daughter loves the set and plays with it constantly now. Great quality great service.

The materials, size, and presentation of this product is top tier! I was worried about it being too small/babyish for my 4 year old but I think it’s perfect, with room to grow! It is the joint Xmas gift for my 18 month old and 4 year old and it seems like it will be perfect for both. I recommend.

Product seems very sturdy! I’m just trying to get the slide replaced as it came with a crack where it meets the bolt & I’m afraid of little fingers getting caught of it expands. Everything else is so far very sturdy. Can’t find a way to contact the seller for just the one piece without returning the entire thing 😭.
