The chairs are super comfy and aesthetically pleasing. Very easy to assemble, and the material makes it easy to wipe down with a damp towel. Adjusting the height is also very smooth. One of my chairs did come with a small tear and a dent in the pole, but after reaching out to their customer service team, it was resolved immediately and a replacements were mailed to me in less than a couple of days. The media could not be loaded. Okay I really like these stools. They are comfortable and extremely easy to put together. They have a nice classy look. I liked them so much that first I ordered 4. They came on time in perfect condition. So I ordered 4 more. To complete my counter height dining set. But then I only received 2 one was damaged. I contacted Amazon customer service right away and I was able to get a full refund and keep the two that arrived. I made some repairs and ended up with 6 for the price of 4. So I am giving them 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because even though things went wrong with my second order the first one was great and I was taken care of in the end. But I still need two more stools. So ??? Not sure if I should try and order again lol 😂 ... show more

These chairs have a problem, the seats slope down in front, and the back rests slope back. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Amazon permitted me to return, but, the pedestal uses a tapered tube to the base. Once assembled and weight applied they will not come apart unless they are destroyed. Fortunately customer service understood. They look good on the add but are not good in your home. The only downside to Amazon is it is very difficult to find a contact to call customer service. The phone number should be made public and not hidden. ... show more
