This pet carrier is great value for the money, zipper is great & good quality, is to use. We purchased a thicker mat for Charlie’s comfort. It was his first airplane ✈️ flight. It was a bit large to fit directly under the seat as recommended by requirements. I would highly recommend if needed to purchase do order a month or two earlier to help your fur baby adjust to using it. Take them out using the carrier when taking them out for a ride, to the park, etc., don’t forget to entice or reward your baby with a treat for getting into their carrier.

I just bought this (along with 3 others and this one was by far the best) and haven't used it yet but I can tell it's a going to be a great travel bag for our 20 lb schnoodle. He's borderline too big for most in flight bags but this one is perfect for him - compact yet spacious. And the quality is top notch - good materials, metal rings and zips, structured overall but easily convertible to less structured if you need to shove it under the seat of a smaller plane (two rods can slide out to make it more flexible). And well priced! Highly recommend.

I bought this for my recent move and it made my cats feel way way better. They actually would be in there all day and use it as a cat bed by choice. I bought a 2nd one and they bought were perfect quality + useable. Let me add that one of these would of been great for both of them as well. Bunbun (the big one) is 15lbs and Hoho(small one) is 11lb
