This product works well. It blows tons of windy air, to cross cool your room off, from the other direction of your fan. It displays the current room temperature, which is nice. But, what I was most impressed with was the customer service. I'd lost my remote, about 2 days into having this fan. The instruction booklet had a customer service email, for any after purchase help you may need. I thought that if I contacted that email, I'd never hear back from them. But, lord was I wrong. Their email customer service contacted me back, within 1 business day. I had asked in the email, how I could purchase a new remote for my fan model. The customer service lady said, give me your order #, (to check that I had a valid purchase), and my address, and she would send me a new remote. I figured she wouldn't really send the remote. But, she wrote me back after I'd sent her the information, and told me that she'd sent a new remote, and it would be here in 3-7 business days. Next, I received a notification from USPS that I have a package arriving in about 5 days. The remote was sent with a tracking number, so that I could confirm that it got here. Everything went great. That email address for customer service is - [email protected]; in case anyone is looking to contact them.

We're happy with this fan. It waa easy to attach the base, it has a remote included, and its slim shape takes up little room. A sleek vertical model, it provides nice airflow. Wish the base were a bit heavier, but the lighter weight makes it easy to carry. It operates quietly.

I bought two last year because I have no AC in my apartment but decided to see how it held up after not being used for an extended period of time and still as good as they day I got them so I just ordered two more. A lot cheaper than portable units and keeps it tolerable in the summer looking forward to adding the other two once I get them

I ordered this fan to replace the old and broken fan that I used for years. I have to say, it meets all my expectations and beyond. It is tall, slim, quiet and has many good features. This fan was easy to assemble and operate well. Even the lowest setting is impressively powerful. I love that this fan is quiet and is practically silent even on the highest setting. It came with a remote control which you can use to easily control the fan. This makes it convenient to use the fan. There are 12 hr timer settings and multiple temperatures and fan speeds that you can switch between. Overall, I love this amazing fan and I highly recommend it.
