Got it out of crate. Let it set for the weekend. Pour in the liquid mix and started it up. Bowl 1 spiral barely moved, was jumping and a horrible grinding noise coming from machine. Bowl 2 worked just fine, had nice slushy. Did my own trouble shooting of the machine, sounds like the gear motor on the back has stripped out gears. Cannot believe that this is the quality of product the is shipped out.

We purchased this for personal use and we have had so much fun with it. The instructions were challenging but once you figure it out, it’s pretty straight forward. (Push bowl 1,2 or 3-use “light” button To select mode- use “night “ or “day” to adjust temp). One bowl stopped turning so I contacted customer service and Will helped troubleshoot the problem and the replacement part was sent out that day. Videos were sent to demonstrate how to replace the part. He even followed up a few days later to confirm resolution to the problem...excellent job Will! Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and look forward to many years of slushy fun!

It is hard to understand the settings on it. You will have slushy 1 minute and then it melts down to juice again the next minute. I've had mine about a year and it quit working. It doesn't freeze anymore. I don't think it's worth the money. I paid.

Don’t take the risk buying this slushy machine! I ordered 2 machines and one didn’t work at all. Grease was leaking out of the back of the one that didn’t work. They made me pay the $200 shipping fee to return it. It’s a 50/50 chance they will ship you a non functioning machine. And they’ll make you pay to return it if it’s crap.

Ordered the 3-bowl machine for our boys' grad party as everything was rented near by. Machine came relatively quickly and in one piece. Construction seems decently solid though the catch trays in front could be a tighter fit. They can rattle due to the compressor running and will make rattle sound if not firmly attached. To answer most of the questions out there: - It is heavy. Two of my 18yr old sons uncrated it and carried it into the house from the garage. They guessed its over 100lb. - It is LOUD. Tested it and it runs pretty consistant between 82-85 decibles. You will not want it in the kitchen if you are having a party that is also in your kitchen. - It is pretty fast in my opinion. Timed it from pouring in the pre-mixed flavor liquids (pre-mix water and flavoring in a pitcher first, then pour into machine) and was just over 30 minutes to slush up to a good enough consistancy. Did not test it with alcohol (yet) so mileage may vary when that is mixed in - You CAN turn any individual bowl on/of. On the control panel, press the BOWL button you wish to modify and then press the LIGHT button to cycle thru the "modes" until you see it say "OFF" - You can set the thickness of the slush by pressing the BOWL button and then arrow up/down. Bigger numbers mean thicker slush - The fitment of the bowls to the machine is TIGHT. Once removed to clean, you need to push them back in VERY FIRMLY to get the latching mechanism to line up. We experienced no leaks to this point. - Did I mention its loud? - There is a "night mode" but I haven't really figured out what the point of it is. We just turn it off at night and leave plugged in. So far we are pretty pleased with it.

I’ve done intensive research and my fair share of investigation before I made this purchase and safe to say that If you are looking for a slushy machine this is it, I’m extremely happy with it. Have it running nonstop for the last year and not one hiccup. perfectly designed for high volume and just as good if your busting it out for special occasions, 5 out 5 and well deserved!

Not worth the hassle. First one leaked horribly. They sent is a new one and we have already had to replace two parts. One being the motor that we took off the first one that leaked to fix the second one. Now that motor is not working. Not reliable!

When it worked it was great. Sugar percentage has to be just right to get a good slushy and not liquid. Bought 2 units for commercial use, both were inoperable by 9 months and broke within a month of each other. Found a local shop that is attempting to work on repair. Looks like its the mother board on both.
