I wanted a cabinet to store a mixer at shelf height in my pantry. The space for the cabinet is tucked under a stairway and around a corner that means getting anything too tall or too long inside would be tricky. I couldn’t find any instructions online for this product, which would have been helpful to understand if I could assemble it in place. Fortunately, I was able to review the instructions that came inside the box on top of the pieces and conclude it should work. I also dry fit the cabinet by standing up the side panels and setting the top on them before assembly. I truly appreciate the accuracy of the measurements because it fits like a glove. As for the packaging, I appreciated the padding around the pieces because the box came just a little roughed up. Another thing I appreciated is how well everything was labeled. Even the hardware was packaged individually by piece and numbered. I simply set each bag out in numerical order and confirmed everything was on hand. I also appreciate that it came with an allen wrench and a pretty decent screwdriver with a flat head at one end and a Phillips head at the other. Because you need access to the underside, the instructions called for laying the assembled unit on its side. That would not work in my case. I needed to add the side panels in an upright position. I placed the interior section upright on paint cans before adding the side panels. It was just the right height to get the screwdriver underneath. If you have assembled any IKEA products, this should be very familiar. There are long screws that require allen wrenches and cam locks that work in conjunction with wooden dowels to ensure a good, tight fit. The side panels were especially thick, solid and strong, and the top was also a nice looking and solid piece. No pieces were damaged and everything looked nice. The other pieces are a little cheap, but for the price, and especially the appearance, it’s a good buy. As for the finished product, my doors and drawers set flush. You just have to review the instructions carefully and lay out your pieces and know which holes to use. I’m a woman and assembled this myself in a few hours. I took my time and double checked everything before proceeding. I would suggest not tightening the door magnets too much until the door is on. I had to unscrew them and move them forward to ensure the magnets connected. It’s a bit of a shame this will be hidden inside my pantry, but it’s nice enough to sit in a kitchen for a coffee bar, if your space permits. I would recommend this product. I also hope a pdf file is added so it’s easier to know how the product needs to be assembled.

After doing a ton of research on furniture products, I settled on this one. It arrived early, and was packaged well. The instructions seemed decent. The storage capacity is excellent. The fit is good, and it looks nice in my apartment. The color is as described. The alignment of some parts is off. The price point was good, but you do get what you pay for. The durability is low. Here's why: the bottom support actually came with the wrong screws and part. So, when it was stood up during assembly, as the instructions showed, it split the wood support. The entire cabinet started imploding! We ended up having to go to the local hardware store to purchase a new foot (base) and some steel support beams which took some manuvering, but we salvaged it. The CAM Bolts don't really secure the unit and the doors are uneven. If you're OCD and things like that bother you, you won't like this at all. I view this as a temporary purchase and will need to replace it very soon. That tells you about the quality of this item. It won't last long, and I feel that's a lot of money for something temporary.

I recently purchase a desk made from the same material type by another manufacturer that had stronger hardware and manufacturing quality. I found that I needed a printer stand after I put that desk together, and this one matched pretty close. I built this cabinet myself and found the quality not to be as good as the desk had been, especially with the hardware. The holes the pins and cam locks get installed in were often too shallow to easily connect the two. I had to have a friend with stronger hands and ability to apply pressure with to get the cam locks set tight in several places after which the cabinet was totally stable and the cam locks stayed in place. The cam locks seemed to be smaller and did not engage the pins that had been installed correctly. The drawer went together well and the doors fit good without having to adjust them. As usual with foreign made products like this, the instructions were marginal. If you have put anything like this together, you can pretty easily get through the build without most of them. I can say the cabinet size and the material colors are very good farmhouse design matches to the online photos. I hope never to have to put another piece of furniture together myself, but with prices in furniture today, this method seems to be the only way many of us can afford it. Big problem too is with most of this stuff being so heavy (this box weighed 58 pounds) even if you wanted to return it you can't afford to ship it back. Since it is a 3rd party vendor, Prime does not cover the return so be prepared to put it together the best you can to keep.

We bought six of these to use as end tables in our spa, for holding extra sheets, hot stones, hot bamboo, oil and lotion, etc. These look great and were easy to build. If you've ever built any flat-pack furniture before, this follow the same patterns. Lots of cam bolts and dowels. It feels sturdy when put together. It's a good sized cabinet, and holds lots of things. The inner drawer can be adjusted up and down for different heights. All the pieces, and the parts (especially helpful!) are labelled, so that when the instructions say to use Screw 5, you just grab a screw from the bag marked 5. I've built several of these types of things in the past, and it took me about 45 minutes to build this. Everything lines up easily and the doors and drawer work well.

Visually looks great. Lots of storage and was easy to assemble. However it’s not very well made. While screwing in the screws the white paint around the holes flaked and fell off. But it’s on the inside, so it doesn’t affect the appearance. Some of the screws that hold the magnets for the doors fell out because the wood where the hole was crumbled. I glued it, which fixed it. Hopefully the whole thing it will hold up over time.

This is a quality piece of furniture. It is heavy and well made. It was easy for me to assemble by my self (78 year old woman) with simple tools. It took me about two hours. Instructions were clearly illustrated. Everything fit well and I had no issues with it. I would buy it again.
