It was hard to find any children's life vests or floaties that aren't made in China. This was made in Cambodia. It's colorful and bright, the fabric feels smooth and I think it will serve its purpose well.

14 month old son went on a boat for the first time and I had to get a life vest that was comfy, because he would be sitting for most of the trip. I spent quite some time comparing different PFDs on Amazon and ended up choosing this one. It seemed the least bulky and I assumed the colorful designs could keep some interest in wearing it versus just a plain colored. His first time wearing a life jacket and first time on a boat was a wonderful experience. He did not fuss (except for heat/weather) with the vest at all! Wish there was a smaller size but since this is the smallest I’ve found; and I’ve looked everywhere. This one will do just fine. My twin daughters are 6 months going to be 7 by time we go on the boat so I got these just a few weeks early.
