Better than expected, I'm 6'3" and was worried about size of the bike and after assembly am very pleased. Easy 1/2 assemble, I did watch a video on YT that did make it easier. Speed on pedal assist is good, haven't unlocked the extra speed, but even at level 5 it goes 25 mph easy, level 9 must be insane. Handles trails as well as the street. Great value for the money and would recommend for anyone wanting a less expensive e-bike. I'm sure the $1k and $2k bikes are amazing but this is definitely worth the price.

This ebike is very good. ive only rode it out of the box for 5 miles and decided to charge it so im reviewing the 5 miles it went. so far amazing ZERO complaints, easy to assemble, my dad tried it and loved it too. i know 20 mph doesnt seem that fast but trust me this thing zooms, and it has cruise control so you dont have to pull the throttle. the breaks could be better i will say but they certainly get the job done, and even if you dont use the throttle at every mode is like butter. the frame is a nice metal not cheap, it is pretty heavy aswell. it also comes with a bike lock which is crazy, also the battery comes off with a set of keys. would recommend this to anybody. dont let the low reviews scare you.

It's my first bike I've had some troubles with the tire popped ,two tires but I assume that's my fault and the potholes other than that it's been an amazing bike I like riding with it. has some power my top speed was 21 mph and the motor sounds pretty good never sounded like something was wrong it's a beautiful bike and for $329 which was how much i got it for not to bad would been jumping with joy if it was only $250. You could get a good 20 mi with constant full power

The bike was mostly assembled. Well packaged. The delivery was a few days late but with in the time frame. Performance was incredible! This bike goes crazy fast! I set it at the highest gear and number 5 on the display. I hit 20mph with in 3 seconds from a dead stop. I am impressed. I hope my partner doesn’t kill her self. Sheesh!

We had issues with back tire tube kept popping. The chain would also come off. You also have to cover shipping to return so that would take half of the value. We ended up just taking a $50 credit for replacement tube and tire. Hoping it last longer than before.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) Overall, this is a great bike, but the customer service is what really shines! I bought two of these for Christmas last year—one for my son and one for myself. The bike rides like a dream, with good acceleration and a smooth ride. With these tires, you can easily go off-road. We have some trails behind our house, and let me tell you, we've had some great times! Unfortunately, I did have a bit of bad luck when one of the brake handles broke on me last month. However, the team at Varun was super kind and professional throughout the entire process, sending out a replacement without any hassle. It's rare to find a company that stays this supportive when issues pop up. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and a fun ride!

Awesome ebike my son loves it. Update now the bike is completely immobile, the battery shows that it's fully charged but the bike doesn't turn on. It's only been 3 1/2 months I don't think the bike should be malfunctioning this soon.
