I had a slight issue with breakage but Vancassa customer service addressed it immediately to my satisfaction. Great set of stoneware dishes! I like these so much I bought a second set! These came nicely packaged and arrived with no damage. They came nested inside of each other with cut to fit foam between all of them, great packaging! I like the warm brown tone finish on these, it is pleasing and a neutral color. Both sets which I ordered at different times match. The dishes are well and consistently made. I am very happy with the look and quality of these. Of particular note, these dishes sit flat, they will not tip or spill if pressure is applied to them, I prefer this style as it is more kid proof, and great for adults too! Overall, I am very happy with these and cannot recommend them enough.

I like them however they are not as richly colored as the photo, which is a common problem with online pics. They all have little “flaws” so possibly miscasts? Still nice. Only real complaint is one of the “flaws” on one bowl is an opening in the glaze which is a little concerning. Still 4 stars as they are well made and I like the little lip around the plates.
