The dishes arrived very well packaged! They are of decent quality for the price. The thing I love most is their look. Very farmhouse, with attention paid for nice details, they have a very nice glossy look to them, but not overstated. The color is beautiful! Love the different pattern designs making them unique! I cannot speak to their longevity as I just received them, but out of the box I give them 5 stars! If issues arise I will have to update my review. I feel I am a fairly “picky” shopper especially when it comes to ordering items online. These pass the test, given the price paid. If they were any more expensive, I couldn’t say that! They preform well in microwave and dishwasher, and stack perfectly and look so pretty in my cabinets. I wish I had glass doors or open cabinets because they look that good. This dish set is absolutely stunning. The set was packaged very well. The dinner plate is slightly heavier than I thought it would be, but very sturdy and not too heavy. I have one concern that I need to contact the seller about, but it might be nothing.

Update: customer service has reached back out and provided me with a solution to replace the plate. The second time around they were fantastic and responded quickly. This set is beautiful however after only a few months, one of the plates has already chipped. When I contacted customer service they offered me a $6 refund. I requested to be able to purchase one single plate but they will not let me and state I would have to purchase another entire set, mind you when I bought these I purchased two sets already. Only used a few times and one of the plates is broken. Not sure how it broke and they are always hand washed and very well taken care of. Would appreciate a replacement. Bought 2 sets. I was hopeful quality would equal beauty.
