They came quickly and were well packaged. Absolutely love the individual designs and the size of the plates. My only complaint would be that one came in with a very small chip at the top of the plate. I will be reaching out to the seller to see if they will be willing to swap it out. I also purchased a set of their pasta bowls & mugs. They do well in the dishwasher and are solid heavy plates and bowls! The plates seem larger than normal which is fine. Wasn’t sure I would enjoy the higher sides on them but after eating on them, I really like it! They stack well in my cabinet too. So happy with my purchase! ... show more

Update: customer service has reached back out and provided me with a solution to replace the plate. The second time around they were fantastic and responded quickly. This set is beautiful however after only a few months, one of the plates has already chipped. When I contacted customer service they offered me a $6 refund. I requested to be able to purchase one single plate but they will not let me and state I would have to purchase another entire set, mind you when I bought these I purchased two sets already. This dish set is absolutely stunning. The set was packaged very well. The dinner plate is slightly heavier than I thought it would be, but very sturdy and not too heavy. I have one concern that I need to contact the seller about, but it might be nothing.

I had these dishes picked out in my save for later for such a long time. I didn't want to buy them until I moved into my new place. So when it was time to purchase, I did, however, the delivery date kept getting moved. I don't know why but I know it happens, no big deal. Amazon asked me if I still wanted them and before I answered I started to look for something else but I could not find anything close to this so I responded with "I'll wait for these". They asked me this twice but I stood my ground and said I would wait. When I did finally receive them, OMG, I was in love and so glad that I waited. And let me tell you, they were packed with the most care to the point where it would have been impossible to break or damage them. I would absolutely recommend these. I really want to get the mixing bowls and anything else in this brand and style. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ... show more

The plates have a unique shape in that they are tray like. Each component has a different, subtle design. They are beige or cream colored. They are somewhat heavy. The big plates are quite large & could also be used as a platter. I really like how they look.
