I received the package, everything looked like things were in order but when I got to unpacking the tea cups. I noted that the was a big chip on the handle. I looked around in the small box it was in to see if I could find the piece the broke off so I could somehow glue it back (each set was packaged in a separate box), but the box was completely empty, which means it was actually packaged with the chip, not damaged during transit. Needless to say, I decided not to go through with returning as it is too much of a hassle for me to repack every piece snuggle to bring to ups, not knowing if the next shipment will have a different issue. Plus I needed the dishes for immediate use as I just moved out and had none to use. ... show more
