I’ve had this dinnerware set for about one year now and they are still in mint condition. They are solid, heavy duty dishes that look beautiful. A few pieces did have some knicks in them upon delivery but customer service was great, responded quickly and sent me out replacement pieces right away. I only wish they had more coordinating pieces.

Highly recommend this brand. The plates and bowls are beautiful and well crafted! I did have an issue with one breaking on arrival but the team was so fast to respond and accommodate the broken bowl! Instead of just replacing the one bowl, they sent me two! The brand is not only high end material but the customer service is high end as well! Whenever i am doing the dishes, the plates and bowls are very easy to rinse and food does not stick to it nearly as hard as other companies! My family loves these dinnerware and use them everyday for all three meals

Beautiful dinnerware set and stellar customer service! I love the color and size of this set. Unfortunately, when it arrived one of the plates had a chip, the small bowl had a crack, and a large bowl had a blemish. I contacted customer support, and they went above and beyond to replace not only those pieces but the entire set since they didn't have any remaining single bowls. They were quick to respond and quick to ship. Highly recommend!

This is some nice dinnerware! Very pretty, solid made stuff. My wife loves the look, feel, and the weight of the set. It came packed with unbelievable care. Hard to believe as well as it was packed I still had 2 chipped pieces. I called the phone number included in the shipping rather than contacting Amazon. This company had my replacements delivered to my home in less than a week. Unbelievable great service. I would not hesitate to order again or highly recommended Pure Living for stoneware.
