Great product and good size. The product seems well made. Easy to clean. The base does get warm after microwave use but sides of the plates don't. I received one of the mugs with a cut on the base as seen on the first photo. That is why I am only giving it 3 stars. I have contacted the seller and they have replied and asked for the details but I have yet to receive a replacement. I will update my rating if I receive a replacement.
