Very soft and pretty but not user friendly for teething babies. Once bibs become wet the clothes underneath are soaked. Best for o-2 months. My 3 month old is teasing and get the bibs soaked.

These bibs are super cute. I love that they do not have a plastic liner in them. I'm on the fence about their absorption. They are very very thin. They lay nice and flat, but it doesn't take long to soak through one. They may fit a little big around the neck. Drool goes between the neck and bib. My grandson is an epic spitter upper, so we go through several a day. One of them was coming apart at a seam when they arrived. I never contacted the company about it as it didn't bother me too much. These bibs are super soft but still very absorbent. I like that they don’t have the plastic lining that makes some bibs really stiff and uncomfortable. I got these for my baby girl who has not arrived yet. I can’t say how absorbent they are as yet, but I can speak to the fabric and the make of the bib. I’ve already machine washed them, and can say that they held up well and still are in perfect condition (unlike other baby items I’ve bought that fall apart in the wash😥). The Velcro on the back is actually done really well and is quite secure. The fabric seems sturdy, which is great, but it feels more coarse than I had expected. The feel is sort of like a regular towel. Since she will be wearing these over clothes I suppose they don’t have to be very soft and that shouldn’t be an issue.
