I bought the VALSOLE orthopedic insoles for high arches and plantar fasciitis with the goal of improving the comfort of a pair of sneakers I’d had for a while but had mostly stopped wearing because they became quite uncomfortable after a few hours of use. The difference was noticeable from the very first days. These insoles literally gave those sneakers a second life. Where I used to feel discomfort and fatigue in my feet, I now notice much better support and a more even distribution of pressure while walking. One of the things I liked the most is the excellent arch support. Even though they’re designed for people with higher body weight and conditions like plantar fasciitis or flat feet, even without having a severe condition, the benefit in terms of stability and comfort is clearly noticeable. They feel firm but not uncomfortable, providing consistent support throughout the day. I’ve also noticed that I end up less tired after walking or standing for long periods. The feeling of fatigue in my feet and legs has decreased significantly — something I didn’t expect a simple pair of insoles to achieve so noticeably. The build quality is also very good. The materials feel sturdy and durable, maintaining their shape even after continuous use. Plus, they fit easily inside my sneakers without needing any complicated modifications. Like any orthopedic insole with pronounced support, they may require a short adaptation period for some people, but in my case it was quite quick and completely worth it. Conclusion: If you have shoes or sneakers that you like but find uncomfortable, these insoles can make a huge difference. In my case, they transformed a pair I barely used into one I now wear frequently. They significantly improved comfort, reduced fatigue, and provided support that’s noticeable from the very first use.

I had back surgery 2 years ago & work pulling orders in a large warehouse on cement flooring all day. I am BLOWN by the difference these make! The pain in my back is significantly reduced, they fit my boots perfectly, The quality is outstanding. They were easy to place in my boot & makes a HUGE difference in comfort, shock absorbency, They are amazing! I have never made a review so fast. These are Worth the money. The high arch support is wonderful, sturdy, & stays put in my boots all day. I wish I'd found these sooner. It's the BEST pair i've ever owned. If you're looking for a quick and easy upgrade to save your feet during long hours wooking, these VALSOLE heavy-duty inserts are a pretty solid option. Right off the bat, they are a really good comfortable choice for the price. They have a cool design and feel surprisingly durable, offering great support right under your arches where your feet take the most abuse. They fit nicely into regular work boots or sneakers without much fuss, making them an expensive-feeling fix without the actual custom price tag. For what you pay, the value here is totally fair and they do a good job absorbing shock with every step you take. But if we are being completely honest, they fall into that "all right to good" comfort tier. I’ve spent about $10, $15, or $20 more on higher-end pairs before, and you can definitely feel a big jump in premium cushioning and long-term relief when you step up to that next price level. At the end of the day, if you want something inexpensive that gets the job done right now and stands up to a lot of weight and movement, these are a massive step up from stock shoe factory insoles. They are a great, durable budget option. Even if spending a little extra cash later down the road gets you an even better ride.

I wear these every day for work, which is usually 8-10 hours of constant walking and being on my feet. These insoles are a life saver. They've improved my hip and knee pain and my feet don't kill me by the end of the day. They were easy to size and install in my shoes. They aren't heavy and the arch support is perfect for my high arches. They are absolutely worth the price.

Wow 🤩 what an incredibly awesome & totally amazing insert that actually works for a change!!! 💯 Recommend these to anyone who struggles with their chronic foot pain & especially to those who are experiencing a lot of discomfort at the end of the day & who understand that feeling of pain just taking a walk without they’re shoes on as I was! I’m 6’5” 235lbs a former 2 sport athlete of Lacrosse & ice hockey which was the cause of my feet & knees hurting in my late 40’s now, I was constantly searching for an insert to help deter my pain from just getting around daily & I’ve had multiple surgeries on my feet & heel bone & countless broken or dislocated toes & I can’t even walk without pain sometimes…., BEFORE I FOUND THESE! I was skeptical as hell at $35 a pair, but after just (1) day of using these so far, I’m jubilantly happy & to anyone who’s on the fence……, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! These inserts helped eliminate my planter fasciitis pain better than the custom orthotic. I bought these to use while I waited for my custom orthotic to be ready. I was also doing daily stretching and exercises recommended by my podiatrist. The pain was nearly gone by the custom insert arrived. Shortly after using the custom insert, the pain began to return. My doctor adjusted the custom insert and said that my body just needed to get use to it. I tried. But these Valsole inserts continue to be more comfortable and give more arch support. I realize that everyone is different. But for me, I regretted spending 10 times more on a custom orthotic that was not as effective. Do yourself a favor. Try these before spending hundreds of dollars on a custom insert. You can always proceed with the pricier custom version if this is not effective.

These things are amazing. I have had bad feet for about20 years. Even with high quality shoes I put these in. Haven’t had any feet issues and my knees are even better with these. Right out of the box they fit right in and feel great. I don't feel the need for any break in period. As far as utility goes I have high arches so going long in a run the outside crescents of my feet would be the first to be sore. Now it feels like I have TOTAL contact with the ground at all time. It's made my shoes super stable and I hope to see increases in speed and distance from using this. VERY happy with this. It feels like being much younger as a runner. Hopefully the lack of stress on my outside feet will go up through my legs and make running more comfortable and productive in all areas. But wow, these are AWESOME! EDIT: Had to take a star off because they do not fit the Adidas Evo SL at all! You might have to go a size and a half up for that to work. Major bummer. Superblast 2 it works fantastically. However if you have stability issues in the EVO SL try the EVO SL ATR.
