I bought this to replace an existing closet ladder which was heavy, wobbly and difficult to foldup and/or move. This one is lightweight and feels stable. It is very easy to fold up and/or move. I can move it easily from room to room without having to fold it up. Since is it lighter, I no longer run the risk of damaging furniture or door casings. My old one was very similar in height and style but this one is MUCH better for slightly more $. Came packaged very well. No damage. Instructions for safe use were included. No assembly was required. Perfect size for a closet or pantry ladder if you have tall ceilings. I had about a month and use every day. Great ladder.
